Yes I checked in late but my reservation was in it took the man all most 3 minutes to check me and then when he did give me the key the room was dirty I had to walk back in the cold to the front to change out my room had to walk to a hole nother side with my work things this is too much

Should be closed down
Room was hideous, just cannot believe for the price, that the hotel was so disgusting. The room should have been free or condemned. Does the health dept or code inforcer do inspections? No! I left after 3 minutes but came back from 12am because i had already paid, they would not refund even though hotels.com said they " tried " to get me a refund. I left at 7am next morn. During those 7 hours, an old wh*te man flicked cigarette ashes on my vehthat was parked under where he sat on patio, he kept throwing tissue at us while we unpacked. Also , an argument ensued between a male and female that was so loud and violent most people came out of their rooms to watch and listen...it was an awful night. Gross hotel, waste of money..just hideous! Hotels.com should be ashamed for having this disgusting place on their website

I was scared to stay there. What it look like online and what it was when I got there was different. Bathroom was horrible. Cigarette burns on the bed spread. Looks like a one night stand type hotel. I will never go back. I want a refund. What It was on line and what it looked like is false advertising.

This property should be inspected by the Health Department! Very poor conditions and needs an OVERALL renovation, with old (1970’s) furniture. Inoperable remotes, lamp fixtures, and loud doors. I stayed one night and regretted the stop, paying $90 for a room that was only worth $20. Checked into room and the room was FILTHY, sheets were stained from previous use, floors in the bathroom and sink area was black from shoe prints and what ever else, and the tub looked as if the previous guest put out their cigarettes in the tub. I wouldn’t suggest this place even as a “Last Resort”!

The service at the front desk was great. Quick check in friendly staff. Now I’ve stayed at this hotel quiet a few times when I come to this city no I was a pretty cozy room for the pride you paid. But this time around it was horrible. From the bugs in the room to the terribly uncomfortable bed to the bleak and sad interior design. This hotel has taken a serious fall from what it was two years ago.

Terrible service
When I arrived to check in the front desk person didn’t even bother to help me! He told me that they are sold out and that he doesn’t care that I had reservation. I had to sleep in my car after 16 hours working straight till 2 am. I was literally feeling miserable that night I’m not the safest neighborhood. The hotel didn’t even bother to notify me ahead of time that they are sold out. Hotels.com fully refunded me my money. I still feel extremely frustrated that there was no guarantee for me to get some rest before working again next day.

Found out rag from previous guest in closet area, tub not clean, bed wobbly, fridge not working bad plugs. Like why is this place open. Worst of all took 1 hr to check in with a prepared reservation. And only person at window. :(

Disgusting
It was so nasty. Looked like it hadn’t been clean on forever. Please don’t stay here. Could not stay the entire night had to just pay and book somewhere else. Bathroom was nasty. Beds were dirty. Had cigarette burns in blankets. Looks like you could have gotten a disease by just being there.
