Not worth the price!
Booking stay for May was easy; however, communication with the property owner/mgr was hit and miss. Booked in December, reached out via email in March about possible need to cancel, no reply. No info on check in until 3 days prior when I had to reach out again. Physical keys were LEFT UNDER THE DOOR MAT! I had concerns for safety with this. Smoking marijuana in the parking lot was the activity of the day for many on Friday afternoon when we arrived. Upon entry, things looked and smelled nice. Moving further into the apartment, we noticed a black moldy substance on the A/C vent in the living room. That same substances was seen in several of the vents throughout the apartment. The guest bath’s tub faucet was barely attached with some old caulking. When attempting to turn the shower off, the faucet almost fell off the wall. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and there were 2-3 partial toilet paper rolls for use. The master bedroom had no dressers or chest for placing folded clothes. The wall in the master bedroom had caulking over areas that were attempted to be repaired. The master bathroom was horrible. The tub was cracked and had pieces of plastic/fiberglass missing. The soap dish was broken. The floor around the bottom of the toilet was dirty and cracking. Many cabinet doors had missing hardware. If it was a bottom cabinet, they were dirty.The kitchen had minimal furnishings; however, after seeing the filthy oven there was no way I was using anything in there.
