This was by far the WORST booking. DO NOT BOOK. To start off, we were served eviction papers by the court against the Host. During the entirety of our stay, we did not have a bathroom to use as it was clogged the entire time we reached out to the hose and she said she was going to send maintenance and that did not happen. We had to wash our faces and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. We complained and reached out to the host and nothing was done empty promises after our stay we requested a partial refund and the whole still has not responded. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks. This was the worst day ever not only were they in the process of getting evicted and still allowed people to book their property we got served those papers while there and had no bathroom facilities to use as tenants. Maintenance came hours before it was time for us to leave. Also, they claimed that there’s ballet trash pick up and the whole entire entirety of our state the trash bags filled the outside of our unit and the rest of the apartment floor, which made the hallway stink. I reached out to the site to help encourage the host to respond so that we could get at least a partial refund for the inconvenience and they said there was nothing that they could do. It was up to the host who again is ignoring my messages probably because they need the money to pay off the back rent from that eviction notice. Please see my uploaded images below.
