This apartment includes 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen Sized bed & memory foam mattress, and the other with a day-bed featuring TWO Twin Sized memory foam mattresses which can easily be combined to a comfortable King Sized experience (see pics). The living room includes a sleeper sectional with a Full XL mattress-sized sleeping area. The home also includes 1 bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The master bedroom is equipped with a 55” 4K Smart TV that includes Netflix & Hulu subscriptions, so you can watch your favorite movies and shows during your stay. There is also a large desk and adjustable office chair, perfect for remote work or a quiet study area. Open the window to look out at the spacious yard that you and your guests can take advantage of.

The smaller (but still mighty!) bedroom is equipped with a 48" 4K Smart TV that also includes Netflix & Hulu subscriptions. As mentioned in the introduction, this bedroom includes a Twin Sized Day-Bed where the additional memory foam mattress underneath the bed frame conveniently rolls out and lifts up to allow for the bed to be converted to a King Sized experience (see pics).
Video instructions are included in the bedroom via a QR Code to make life easier. Similar to the other bedroom, there is a desk and adjustable office chair, which can be perfect for working or studying.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, utensils, and spices you need to make a delicious meal on either a warm or cold Georgia night.

The living room includes a 55” 4K Smart TV swivel-mounted TV, sleeper sectional, and also board/card games so you can have a fun night in during your stay.

When you're feeling hungry or in the mood for a drink there are restaurants, bars, and shops just a 2 min drive away on Main St in College Park. For a larger selection, Camp Creek Marketplace is less than 10 minutes away. The home is also very close to the major highways in Atlanta (I-85/75, I-285).

PLEASE NOTE: Your unit is on the first floor of an older two-story apartment building and during the day neighbors and footsteps may occasionally be heard. The walls are not sound-proof and you, as well as the other residents in the building, are asked to keep noise down after 10PM.

NO PARTIES are allowed and are grounds for termination of stay without refund.
