The immediate area around the hotel is very sketchy. Aggressive homeless people everywhere outside the main entrance. I checked in Friday and house cleaning finally came at 6:30 pm on my LAST night when I was getting ready for dinner. The cleaner acted put out that she had to wait ! So rude !!Trash bags and cleaning carts lined the hallways all three days I was there. The views were awesome and front desk staff was very hospitable

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Housekeeping was a problem because I requested two days of cleaning and they never cleaned the room. Super convenient to the Americasmart. I definitely will stay again.

The hotel property was beautiful, room was beautiful over looked the city, it was very convenient to most attractions so we were able to walk wherever we wanted to go. Also Uber was convenient to the hotel as well only down side is there’s a lot of homeless people around the building as you’re coming in and out on each entrance, other than that my stay here was amazing

Water was not hot when showering. No microwave. Did not bring us clean towels one day not was our bed made.
