Location, location!
This listing was exactly as pictured. Small, yet cozy - perfect for staying several nights with my husband and baby. Check process was simple, host was helpful and responsive. Would stay here again! The location is fantastic - a short walk from downtown or the boardwalk and beach. Very pleased with our choice to stay here!

Unfortunate disappointment
Was great up until our stay. These reviews were such a surprise after seeing property. We checked in and these photos are definitely not updated. Did not seem like cleaning was done from last rental. Dirty, mac and cheese on walls, missing closet door, bed was messy, pillows thrown which made us look further into the sheet to find bed bugs. Called host, he was unprofessional immediately dismissing concerns, looking all over the apartment when I clearly stated they were only on the bed. Would not even look at my photos/video of the bed bugs. Had concerns with having our baby sleep here but dismissed all of our concerns. Would not give us our money back. Stayed at a hotel and loved our experience. Glad we got our money back and would never rent from this host again.

This guest is nothing less than a scammer who was trying to change his Stay accomodations at the last minute . This is one of those "Let's make a complaint about something just so we can get money back" . Our home is EXACTLY what the photos show as indicated by ALL of the dozens of previous 5 star reviews we have. The home is not only clean but it is spick and span clean . I take a lot of pride in that . If it were not clean as indicated I would have owned up to it and arranged it to be taken care of right away. Approx 1 hour after checking in , The guests decided to call me to let me know that there were bed bugs and they could not stay there. They did NOT expect that I was 3 minutes away and came right over with much concern. Upon arrival , I looked around the entire home to try and locate any kind of bugs . I searched the mattress , the closets, pulled out the fridge, flashlight in all corners and areas where you would expect to maybe find at least one bug. We found nothing . I can say that the guests did show me a photo of something that could have been a bug, a piece of lint or a million other things.. The behavior of the guests was very unwelcoming They were not being truthful about any of this and it was obvious . If there were ANY bugs in this home or any of our homes I would have taken care of the problem and I would have taken care of my guests far beyond their expectations including have them stay at another property. I would never allow a guest to stay with bugs or in a dirty unit. It was completely obvious that the guests found other accomodations at a hotel with a pool and oher ammenities we do not provide and used fake reasons to get out of this reservation. I will also add that both VRBO and our guests Credit Card dispute were BOTH FAILED . Neither of the independent companies sided with these scammer guests and would not refund them. He is lying in his comments saying he got his money back. He tried twice to get his money back from VRBO and his Credit Card company dispute but BOTH actions failed . Now, to top it off he has the unbelievable audacity to negatively rate my property and lie about his experience. shame shame shame. Iam very happy he has decided to not ever book with us again. He should actually be not allowed to book any property again

Great location
Nice 1BR condo very close to the beach and boardwalk. If you are sensitive to noise or light, this may not be the option for you. But if those things don’t bother you, and you want to be near the heart of the boardwalk, the beach, and downtown, then this is a fantastic choice.

Great Location, Perfect Place
My husband & I stayed here for a full week, Saturday to Saturday, & it was a perfect location for us! We usually book at the Impala, but decided to try something different. The condo is a block away from the boardwalk & was super convenient if we had to run back for anything. The place itself looked exactly like the pictures & it worked out great for the 2 of us. I think if we had more than 2 people with us, it would be a bit crowded. The only downfall for me was the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Not saying it wasn't livable, but you could tell the shower needed attention. Communication with Jody was easy as he was always available whenever we called with a question. Again, this is a great place with a great location!

Super Cute 1B in a Great Location!
We loved our short stay in OC in this perfect one bedroom. The entire unit was sparkling clean, comfortable and convenient. In less than a few short minutes we were either walking or biking on the OC boardwalk. The king sized bed was ideal for us and we slept great for our 3 night stay. (I even took note of the mattress brand just in case we are looking to buy one). We did not cook in the condo, however, it appeared that the kitchen was well appointed with cooking supplies. The living room was great to hang out in and enjoy our boardwalk pizza. We are hoping to rent this unit again in the future.

Perfect for my little family
My 4&7 year old slept on the pull out, my wife and I took the bedroom. There’s some noise from funland at night but we all sleep right through it, busy days make us tired. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and we’re going for a third next year!

EXTREMELY diligent owners.
An unforeseen and unavoidable minor maintenance issue was noted upon check-in. Owner was on sight in less than 10 minutes to help us resolve. Ultimate resolve was a little more complex but the owners gave us plenty of options to make sure we were satisfied. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. Every piece of info on the write up is accurate. Would be happy to rent from them again, anytime.

Great place and location for all!!
My 2 kids (ages 5&6), husband and I were in Ocean City for the weekend because I ride in the city to shore BikeMS ride. This was the perfect rental for the weekend. All of the pictures and description were accurate, it was clean. and the host was so easy and pleasant no to work with. To top it off, the location was the prime spot! Perfect location to the boardwalk!! Especially with little kids which was ideal!

The location of this condo is perfect for enjoying the beaches and boardwalk. This was our second year staying here. The property was clean and comfortable. May be a bit small for more than 3 people depending on your situation as we felt that we may need more space as our children are getting older.

Best Location
This was my first time renting a shore house and I was extremely pleased. The location was the absolute best. The property was clean upon arrival and the host Jody was great. The neighbors were very quiet and friendly. It was an overall great experience.

Location was spot on and very convenient. Other tenants are friendly and quiet. Great spot for kids being so close to the boards. Loved having a designated parking spot. Street parking was great too for family meeting up to walk boards. Jody was a great host and made a trip over the next day with gift basket. Thank you for the shirts from Jilly’s (gift cards used 😊)!

Good location, Not the nicest unit to stay
The apartment looks different in the pictures. In person it’s pretty dark and small. The couch smelled and the AC was awful. Me and my daughter stayed for one night and then moved to the Impala Suites around the corner. If you are on a budget it will probably do but it just wasn’t for us.

Hi .. I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience at our beautiful condo. I never once heard from you one complaint . I would never expect someone to move from our condo to a hotel room. I truly wish you would have called us as I am readily available to fix whatever the issue would have been. Sorry again for your experience but this is a very big surprise for us. I also would like to clarify that the pictures on this listing are from the unit and there is not deceiving at all.

Nice unit. Had some internet issues the first day that we had difficultly resolving due to a communication issue with the property manager. Bedroom door does not close. Be sure to bring your own bathing towels along with all of your linens! We also had to purchase 1 beach tag ourselves.

Easy!
Everything was easy! Check in process and communication was easy! Access to boardwalk, amusement park and ocean was easy! (1 minute away) Parking was easy! Location is everything and this was a great spot especially if you have kids. The amusement park, board walk and ocean was in our backyard.

Great vacation rental
Property was exactly as described and very clean. Was a little hard to get a hold of the host but one of my kids was in need of an urgent care while there and he responded immediately with suggestions. So when needed the most there was no delay! Location is awesome. Would definitely stay again.

perfect for a long weekend
Place was exactly as advertised- super close to everything, clean, well-maintained. It was very comfortable for my 2 year old and 6 year old (and myself and my husband) and we had a great Memorial Day weekend. Loved the smart TV's for the little downtime we had!

Great Location!
Pros: Location!!! Cleanliness Nice gift buckets for the kids Free Parking Easy Communication Cons: Bedroom door does not fully shut Sofa bed was broken (owner had forgotten to tell us and left an Aerobed airmatress in the closet for us) Only had a Keurig coffee maker (after I specifically asked if I needed to bring K cups and was told that it worked with cups and grounds). Conclusion: overall, 4/5 stars. It’s nice, new inside, and you can not beat the location. Seriously, my kids fell asleep listening to the dull din of the rides in Castaway Cove. But I think we stretched the limits of this condo with three kids and two adults, next year I’ll have to save some more (or sacrifice this location) and get a two bedroom place. I don’t want to chance another broken sofa bed....

We did put the blow up which is def an upgrade to the pull out. 5 people is a bit crowded for the unit which is why I would def rec that you try our 3br/3bath property located just a few blocks away from where you stayed on 10th and Asbury. Great stay for weekend family beach trip!
My wife and I stayed here with our 18-month old son. Great location to walk out to the boardwalk and beach! The listing was accurate, the unit was clean, and the host was very responsive. Noise from the amusement park is audible at a low level in the bedroom, but it was not disruptive and largely overcome by our travel white-noise machine.

Great for couples, loved the location
The rental was super cute and clean! Location was perfect, checking in and out was a breeze. Having a parking spot is great down there too. It was perfect for my partner and I. I would most definitely rent this again, and Jody was very responsive. If I had to find something to pick on, it would be not having just a bedside lamp in the bedroom or living area. But that’s mostly cause I wanted to read while my partner was asleep.

Steps from the beach and boardwalk!
Nice little place to stay in OC. Room is updated and very clean. Property manager is nice but seems very busy! I wouldnt recommend for families since its only one bedroom and its pretty loud on the boardwalk.

Family Beach Trip
The property is superbly located with access to the beach, boardwalk and amusement park within a 3 minute walk. The condo is cozy but was able to accommodate a family of 4 (2 adults and children ages 8 & 5) fairly comfortably. Jody was responsive and easy to reach. Definitely will be coming back!
