Beautiful location, Unit was in poor condition
Location was awesome!!! Kitchen beautiful-newly updated. Unit has not been maintained well. Pots and pans were dirty, marks on walls, frame on door in bedroom missing, broken glass and large pile of dirt on the patio, curtain in bedroom to small for slider so lots of light in the morning not great if you want to sleep in.

Labor day week
Nice condo. Layout was nice, location was great Walk out to the pier and beach any time. Locals were friendly, area was clean. The place had a clean layout (not much clutter or grabable stuff), which was great for my toddler. Bathroom was very nice, with multiple shower heads and tub. Would definitely return .

Great location, communication could be better
The apartment is right next to the beach which was great. Check in process was ok but they gave me the wrong door code. Overall place was fine- everything I need. The biggest issue is that the first night, the Barry in the fire alarm was low. It beeped almost all night and the next day, I left so many texts and emails to get it fixed but no one. Responded until much later. I ended up fixing it myself with my own money. At check out, they gave me the wrong code again.
