Gelegen tussen de 19e en 20e straat centrale ave dit is de beste loction de beroemde oceaan stad te bieden heeft !! 1 korte blok direct aan het strand (3 huizen verderop) en slechts 5 blokken lopen op de promenade (promenades loopt van het centrum naar 23e straat dus het is echt de beste van alle werelden) naar het centrum, dat begint op de 14e straat. Deze tweede (2e) verdieping 4 slaapkamers en 2 complete badkamer heeft zoveel voor u en uw gezin te bieden uit een van de de beste stranden in de wereld om de prive-retraite van het dak oase met zijn 360 graden uitzicht op de skyline. Vanuit de binnenstad winkelen tot de spanning en sensatie van het amusement pieren. Er is gewoon iets voor iedereen !! Een zeer open plattegrond verwelkomt u en uw gezin als u aankomt met stijgende kathedraal plafonds, hardhouten vloeren en een zonovergoten gevoel (je eindelijk weet je aan de kust). De open betegelde keuken met eetbar is volledig toe te rusten voor al uw vakantie wensen inclusief full size koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine, bereik met ingebouwde magnetron en Keurig koffiezetapparaat. Comfortabele woonkamer met een flatscreen-tv, gratis draadloos internet en gratis lokale en lange afstand bellen. Anderson ramen en schuifregelaar die leiden naar een gedeeltelijk overdekt strand met uitzicht op de veranda. 4 extra grote slaapkamers (allemaal uitgerust met flatscreen-tv's) met een slaapbank in de woonkamer bieden comfortabele accommodatie voor 11 personen. Er is een garage voor 1 auto en een parkeerplaats op straat voor uw gemak. Dit is een huis dat we zelf gebruiken en is niet alleen een verhuur zoals de meeste anderen. Geloof me het is gehouden die manier zo goed !!

Great as usual.

Third time staying in this home and exactly as expected. Home is kept up with and clean. Close to everything but far enough away that you get a great amount of peace and quiet. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Rooftop deck has great views, even at night where you can see the rides lit up on the boardwalk. Will be returning as soon as we can.

Hello, I rented the lovely property. My sons, their families with young children accompanied me. We spent the week enjoying each other's company. We love to cook. Everything in the kitchen was provided for us to make our meals. When the young children needed to be held, calmed or amused, the front porch was excellent for me to take them out there for some quiet time. Also, the adults enjoyed the rooftop porch to chill out once the children were asleep. The walk to the boardwalk was quick and although it was at least several blocks until we got to the main portion of the boardwalk, we liked looking at the shrubbery on the right side and the properties with swimming pools on the left side. Of course, access to the beach was easy; weather provided us with 6 days of bliss swimming, digging in the sand and sitting in the surf with young children. The washing machine and dryer were close to the bedrooms; this made it convenient to throw in wash on our way to the living area. Beautiful property as well as the adjoining properties that I so very much enjoyed viewing as we went to the beach.

Another Great Stay

This is the second time my family stayed here. We are 5 adults. It was very comfortable. We love the roof deck! Scott is very responsive: there was a problem with the grill when we first tried to use it. I emailed Scott that night, and he actually came out, saw it was an issue with the new tank we had gotten, and it was fixed within an hour! And the last night we enjoyed the old-school pictionary game in the house. It's 1.5 blocks to the beach. There were 3 working bikes, beach chairs, and a ping pong table in the garage. We would definitely stay again!

Nice location; only negatives were that the "lock" on the outside shower and the "lockbox" were corroded; also, use caution when carrying anything up or down the steps-- the step at the 1st-floor landing can be "tricky" ...

Perfect Stay on the Gold Coast

We had high expectations based on prior reviews, and this house definitely met them. Scott, the owner, was straightforward and easy to deal with. Super-clean and well-stocked, you can tell that a lot of effort goes into making your stay as pleasant as possible. The location is quiet at night, but it's a quick walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Definitely worth a look for an OC vacation - thanks for a great trip, Scott!

Great house and location for a family of 5 + grandparents

Owner reached out with clear instructions for our stay. The house was clean and spacious with everything we needed for the week. Our 3 kids and my parents all had comfortable beds to sleep in. The neighborhood is quiet and a close walk to the boardwalk and beach. Book it!

Great location. Short walk to the best parts of the boardwalk but just far enough to be away from the noise and activity and just a block and a half walk to the best beaches in OCNJ. The home was very clean, nicely furnished and kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Living room deck could use some updated furniture dining table and chairs especially. All in all very nice property our family had a wonderful week.

Great vacation home

Home was perfect location. One and a half blocks from beautiful beach and short walk to boardwalk. Scott was quick to answer any questions, which to me is very important. The kitchen has all the typical utensils, dishes and pots and pans, including a 12 cup coffee pot. We were all pleased with our stay. Very comfortable.

Great home

We previously stayed here with a group of our friends a few years ago and immediately enjoyed this home, so when it was time to find somewhere for our family to stay this year, we searched back to this property. Very clean home with all the amenities needed to make it a super smooth vacation. Home is very clean and in great condition with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Nice quieter neighborhood and beaches and close enough to walk to everything, yet far enough away to not be in the middle of the craziness when town gets busy. We are already talking about next year!

Great Stay

We had a great stay over MDW. The house had everything we needed. Close walk to the beach, close to Biltz and Nauti Dounuts, and a manageable walk to the boardwalk. The rooftop deck and front deck had plenty of chairs to relax on. Scott was also very quick to respond and was very flexible when we changed our check in date. Will definitely keep an eye for this house in the future.

Nice Shore House

The place was great for us. We were one block away from the beach with easy access. The house was clean and presentable. We had some earlier issues trying to communicate with the owner which was a bad time in the midst of a tropical storm. The write up says it's easy to find the 2nd floor entry but there was nothing on the doors letting us know we were at the right door. Without having any communication, it took us a while to figure out we were on the "1st" floor, not the "2nd". Once we figured it out, we were fine. I suggest the owner "letter" the doors for easy identification and fix his "mailbox is full" problem.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great stay here! The location was great, just 1.5 blocks to beach, and away from the busy-ness of other areas of OC. We were 5 adults and fir comfortably in the bedrooms and living areas. We loved grilling in the back and hanging out on the porches. The view from the rooftop porch was amazing! The kitchen had pretty much everything we could've needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Spot

We had such a great week! This beautiful home had everything we needed, and more. Scott was very responsive to messages, and was very accommodating. Huge plus- they have darkening shades in all the bedrooms! This was a great surprise as we haven’t experienced this at a rental. My kids actually slept past the sunrise due to this! haha The kitchen is well stocked with glasses, dishes, pots/pans and utensils. Everything was clean and organized, and they have very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, and I loved that the garage fit our SUV, and had room in the driveway for my Dads truck. Super easy entry onto the beach! Highly recommend Scott and his home! We hope to return. Best, The Kikolas

Perfect Shore Rental!

This home has it all!!! The best location, so spacious, nicely decorated and so clean!! The house was exactly as described and even better than it looked in pictures. We loved the garage storage space for bikes and beach stuff. Extremely detailed instructions were provided by the homeowners, and that made it so easy to navigate the property, to pack and to clean up. We will be back!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
