Simplicity at its finest!
This property was perfect for what we were looking for! We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but when we did, it met all of our requirements. Amenities we great. No complaints at all! Great location between the beach and downtown!

Great stay. Highly recommend.
Overall great place. The location is great and the bed is amazingly comfortable! Will definitely be rebooking! I would recommend the following. Adding racks for towel hanging. Adding a shelving over the toilet maybe for guest toiletries. Coffee filters for the 4 cup coffee makers not the large filters. Tall dresser for the open space to the right of the tv for clothing.

Short 5 day getaway
The property was clean, although we did see a water bug it was clear they took steps to get rid of them. The property has a Murphy bed, I’m sure it’s my mistake but I didn’t realize the bed was supposed to be brought down over the sofa, after sofa cushions had been removed. It’s shown that way in the listing photo but, with no directions given, I didn’t look at that single photo closely enough to realize that was our ‘instructions’ & so we had put the sofa in front of the closet when opening the bed. (It’s a small room) As the sofa has no back support, this resulted in my accidentally going to sit on the sofa and cracking the mirror it was in front of. I had purchased insurance, which will cover the $200+ cost of repairs, but it was a lot of hassle on what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. The owner kept communication going, I just really wish there’d been instructions for how to pull the bed down and arrange the furniture to avoid this unfortunate situation. It was unnecessarily stressful and I hope they add a sign or page in their ‘Welcome Book’ to avoid this in the future. In the small bathroom, the shower head points in a way that is destined to cause water problems. It’s not the guests issue, but it concerned me. The room had two doors to two different main halls, one was to a back stairwell and the door faced the bed. The light in that hall is always on and was very visible through the night while trying to sleep. The two doors also echoed the noisy guests.
