Beach front herenhuis met een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan en de beste locatie in Ocean City, NJ. 3 verdiepingen leefruimte! Dagdromen terwijl je naar de golven kijkt en geniet van een prachtig wijd open strand en uitzicht op de oceaan. 3e verdieping slaapkamer en uitzicht op het dek zijn adembenemend ... de perfecte panorama-ontsnapping! Prachtige landschappen zover het oog reikt met een duidelijk uitzicht tot Atlantic City NJ. Met 2 grote prive dekken, 2 woonkamers, (3-4 slaapkamers), 1 van de woonkamers heeft een uittrekbare dat 2 personen en een grote patio op het strand met zitplaatsen voor 12; er is een speciale plek voor iedereen om van te genieten. Parkeer je auto's en loop of fiets naar restaurants, kinderstrandjespark, basketbalvelden, supermarkten, ijssalons, broodjeszaken en nog veel meer - allemaal binnen een paar blokken van je 34th Street oasis! Bekijk de golven in de regen of schitter - we kunnen niet beslissen welke beter is - terwijl u ontspant op uw rustige overdekte terras. Bekijk de zonsopgang van bovenaf terwijl vakantiegangers dagelijks naar het strand gaan ... Uit bed rollen recht op het strand - eten, strand, herhalen - dit is de manier om het strandleven aan de kust te ervaren. Neem je verrekijker mee, verdwaal naar de horizon en boek je verblijf vandaag nog! Onlangs opnieuw ingericht herenhuis met drie verdiepingen met bijna 1900 vierkante meter aan luxe woonruimte, een eigen wasmachine / droger en 2 privéparkeerplaatsen. We gaan graag naar sandcastle-park voor kinderen, Blitz's, Randazzo's Restaurant, Hoy's, basketbalvelden, fietsverhuur, een verse Jersey-stand, en nog veel meer binnen een paar blokken. Geniet van het prachtige beschermde strand dat gedurende de zomermaanden tot 20.00 uur op 34th Street wordt bewaakt of geniet van een adembenemend uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer, de keuken en de slaapkamer. Nachtelijke uitzichten op het maanlicht dat op het water stuitert, is een speciale traktatie op heldere nachten. Het is een wonder om van stormen aan de kust vanaf je gezellige bank te genieten. Regen of zonneschijn, binnen of buiten, u zult er van houden om hier op het strand te zijn!

Geen senior week of weekend verhuur toegestaan. Deze plek is perfect voor familievakanties, meidenweekendjes, zakelijke retraites en leiderschapsteams en nog veel meer!

A beautiful home and view

We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the owners had great communication with us during our stay. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The views were breathtaking the location of the house was great for kids with a pizza place, easy beach access, a park with tennis courts and basketball courts, and ice cream in walking distance made the house even a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great get away. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing Beachfront Condo!

We stayed here from 8/20 - 8/26/2022. Our family included my husband and me, our daughter and her husband and our 17 year old grandson. For one night we also hosted our daughter/husband's two friends. This is a wonderful beachfront condo!! There was more than enough space for all of us. The younger members of the family spent a lot of time at the beach and loved it, but, in addition to going to the beach, my husband and I spent a lot of time on the decks overlooking the ocean, drinking either coffee or wine, depending on the time of day and reading ..... or just looking out at the beautiful view. Since we had never booked a property through VRBO, I had a lot of questions leading up to our stay and communicating with the owners was easy, and they responded quickly to all of my messages with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Priceless family vacation

Our family made wonderful memories here. House was clean and location and views are stellar. Had a few minor issues which the property owner addressed right away. We paid top dollar for the one week July rental. Recently found out other similar units were less expensive. Enough of a difference to include in the review. My family had a wonderful time-making the $$ spent easier to digest.

Unexpected Problems

Great location. Top floor bathroom developed a water leak from the ceiling light fixture which limited the use of the bathroom for 2 days until a repair was accomplished. Tub drain in top floor bathroom not functioning properly. Lever used to close the tub drain would not stay open while taking a shower. Tub filled with water which took a long time to drain. Trying to balance the operation of the third floor minisplit AC systems with the whole house AC cooling was difficult which resulted in the bedrooms being to cold. But we had a great time and made ajustments to mimimize the impact of problems on our stay.

Location was the best.

Walking distance to Acme, CVS, Wawa, ice cream, Italian restaurant for take-out, boardwalk (75 year old did this more than once!). It is in an upscale residential area. There are 2 designated parking areas, and two more spaces shared with the other 5 units—-first come basis for those. The ground entrance level has a bath/ laundry room and a nice additional living area with a sofa, chairs, and a pull-out double futon where our 2 granddaughters (7 and 10) slept. Their parents slept in the second floor bedroom and decided the top bunk and pullout would have worked if needed , but the decision was made for the girls to sleep on the first floor to give everyone more room. They were joined by their 10 year old cousin during the day ( he slept on the third floor with his parents.), and it was a great hangout room for them and was a great 4 th bedroom. There were nine of us —- 6 adults and three children. Overall we all agreed that the location was perfect. There were newer homes blocks away, but who wants to carry chairs etc. when you could be on the beach. Sleeping at night and hearing the waves, coffee in the morning on the decks with a clear view of the ocean —-the best.

Great property and location. You’re steps away from the beach and has great views of the ocean.

My family and I stayed over memorial weekend and we had a great time! Location couldn’t be better. The beach is very easy to access as the sand meets the back door. My kids loved it because there’s so much to do nearby without even going to the boardwalk! Great restaurants and takeout nearby. Once you’re there you really don’t have to drive anywhere because everything is only a few blocks away. A park for the kids, basketball courts, tennis courts, Wawa, Acme, and CVS. There’s great ice cream places as well! I’d definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing location! A really great home with stuning views. Excellent hosts. Would stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. Loved the town, and the location of this town house was fantastic. Off season was pretty quiet. Views from 2nd floor living room and kitchen are really great, and view from main bedroom is stunning. Wow! Kitchen fully stocked for anything we wanted, beds all nice and very comfortable. Comfortable furnitue. Some room in some closets for guests to use, and lots of luggage racks. Patio and balconies have lots of comfortable seating, and tables, too. Fantastic exerience. Hosts were definitely very helpful, and also really nice. We for sure would stay here again. Easy check in and check out, and parking. All excellent.

Beauty and the Beach

The message that these owners convey is to make the view and relaxation your priority. We enjoyed the views from each room bunnies nibbling on the grass and easy access with our grandchildren day or night to the beach. It’s a throwback to relaxing times.
