Step inside a thoughtfully designed coastal getaway. The open-plan living area greets you with high ceilings, natural light, and a relaxing vibe. A spacious sectional sofa invites you to unwind, whether you`re catching up on a favorite show on the 65” smart TV or enjoying a quiet evening with board games or cards.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners. Stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and a dining area provide all the space and tools you need. Mornings start effortlessly with a coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea, and creamer, so you’re ready to take on the day.

Upstairs, you’ll find bedrooms designed with your relaxation in mind. The primary bedroom offers you a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, beach-inspired décor, and blackout shades for a great night’s sleep. Unwind with the smart TV and adjust the ductless AC to your perfect comfort level. In the second bedroom, stretch out on the queen bed and step onto your private balcony to take in bay views or enjoy a quiet moment. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a calm, coastal feel—perfect for resting and recharging.

You’ll enjoy a spacious main bathroom with a double vanity, a large shower, and a jacuzzi tub—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. On the first floor, a convenient half bath is always within easy reach.

Step outside where you’ll find the fully enclosed backyard that offers plenty of room to spread out or play yard games or fire up the propane grill for your summer barbecue.

Entering the main house requires 1-2 steps. The bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs which takes about 15 steps and there is a hand railing to assist in walking up the stairs. The half bathroom is on the main floor and there are two additional steps between the living area and the dining area before reaching the half bathroom and kitchen areas.

Ventnor is easy to explore on foot, by bike, or by car. Many of Ventnor’s best restaurants, cafes, and local spots are within walking distance, making it simple to enjoy the area without driving.

The Ventnor boardwalk is bike-friendly and perfect for scenic rides along the coast, whether you’re heading toward Atlantic City or Ocean City. Ventnor Beach is just a short walk or drive away, and free street parking is available near the property.

For longer trips, the Atlantic City Jitney and local bus routes provide convenient access to Atlantic City’s dining, entertainment, and nightlife. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area, especially during the summer months.

There are two units on this property. This is the `main house` and the other is the `in-law` suite. The backyard is a shared space as the `in-law` suite is access through the backyard. It should be expected that the in-law suite will also be rented out to guests while you stay here. All pets must remain on a leash in the backyard.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Pets in yard must remain on leash
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
