Deze zondag tot zondag verhuur is gelegen in het hart van Ocean City. Slechts een korte wandeling van de promenade, dit historische huis is bijgewerkt en goed onderhouden voor het gebruik van onze zomergasten. In 2018 hebben we raam-a / c vervangen door centrale, mini-split warmtepompen en a / c om comfortabel en stil elke slaapkamer en de hele woonkamer op de begane grond te koelen. Dit appartement op de tweede verdieping is perfect voor uitgebreide families of meerdere families die samen op vakantie willen. De kamers zijn erg groot en comfortabel; er zijn vijf slaapkamers en 3 1/2 baden. Een terras en een afgesloten buitendouche met warm / koud stromend water om het zout en zand af te spoelen wanneer u terugkeert van uw uitstapjes naar het strand zijn voor het exclusieve gebruik van de 2e verdieping appartement. Draadloos internet en 3 flatscreen-tv's zijn inbegrepen. We bieden ook 4 strandtags die u tijdens uw verblijf kunt gebruiken. Parkeer uw auto en bespaar uw benzine voor de rit naar huis! . Drie parkeerkaarten zijn inbegrepen. voor uw gemak.

Op korte loopafstand is een geweldige pizzeria, ijssalons, een deli, goede restaurants en winkels.

Geniet van de avondbries op onze veranda, of ontspan in de privacy van ons achterterras, compleet met gasgrill. Aan de promenade aan het einde van Plymouth Place (tussen de 7e en 8e) is het waterpark en een handig café als u liever wat vrije tijd neemt om te koken. Een korte wandeling over de promenade brengt u naar andere amusement, winkelen en een veelheid aan andere eetgelegenheden. De Ocean City Tabernacle ligt op slechts 2 blokken afstand en andere kerken liggen ook op loopafstand. Binnen 6-8 blokken is de baai met vischarters, boot- en jetski-verhuur en krabben.

Wij geven de voorkeur familiegroepen. Absoluut geen senior week of after-prom groepen alstublieft.

Fantastic late season stay!

Truly wonderful vacation at a gorgeous home close to the beach. My family members could not stop saying how nice, beautiful, and well maintained the place is. This hosted our group of 5 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. Free parking & beach tags and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Recently (and very well) renovated. Lovely place and can't wait to stay again! Hosts were fantastic and super communicative... could not ask for better.

The perfect beach spot

This is absolutely the perfect Beach getaway for your family or a large group. Tim the owner is great landlord to rent from quick communication and a true desire to make sure your stay is the best you can make it by offering a clean house and all the beach amenities boogie boards sand buckets etc...... Two features I love the most the big front patio for morning coffee and nights chatting with the family into the large dinner table for those good family meals. For a peaceful & fun place to enjoy the beach life with your family, this is hands down the best spot!/

Loved the House

This is the third year we stayed in this house. Location is awesome. Love the huge eating area. Owner is very easy to work with. Improvements to the property were made after each of the first two stays. My family loves the house.

Great place for a large family.

Plenty of room for everyone to hang out, watch tv, play games, eat together. Beds are comfortable. As always, we love the porch for visiting and reading. And there is plenty of space in the back to store our bikes and beach carts.

Loved staying at the beach house again this year. It's location is perfect, and it's always nice and clean. There were a couple of issues that couldn't be helped, but were unfortunate anyway. The new a/c unit in the living room needed parts, and they were working on it, but it didn't work while we were there, and the same with the dryer. A trip to the laundromat wasn't the most fun I had while at the beach...

Charming shore house!

We just returned from another stay that this lovely home! We love how close it is to the Boardwalk and the beach - no driving necessary once you arrive!! The home is spacious and very well equipped with kitchen items, games and information on things to do!! This home made our stay very simple, easy and relaxing! Another plus is how accommodating and easy to work with the owner is. If you're looking for a reasonable and charming home close to everything, this is the house for you!

We all loved the house. Great location since we had 4 boys to enjoy the boardwalk. Lucky us we had awesome weather and the waves were perfect tooooo... House was fun and had everything we needed. Front porch and back patio are so wonderful to have. You need more towel bars in the bathrooms, otherwise everything was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Love the location - made everything so easy!!

We truly loved staying in this home! It is very well kept and was equipped with just about anything you might need on vacation. The location was perfect - you could walk to the beach, the boardwalk and even to many restaurants. Parked the car and walked or biked everywhere - what a delight!! The house was very spacious but we spent most of our time on the lovely porch. Most importantly, the landlord Tim, was very concerned with making our stay as enjoyable as possible and he was easy to get in touch with. I felt that he was a real hands-on landlord and truly cared about his property. That made us want to take care of the home even more during our stay. We appreciated Tim opening up his jewel of a house to us! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an affordable home in a terrific location!!!

Great Family Vacation

The Owner was very responsive to any questions and the process, as this was my first time using this site. The owner supplies you with a very detailed list of everything that you may need for the length of time you stay at their property. Many of the items listed were already at the house, but it is always good to have extras. As far as the property goes it meets all the needs of a large multi family home. Everything listed on the website was accurate and the property was cleaned and maintained. Of the 12 people that stayed there were no complaints about the comfort of the beds, or the operability of any of the appliances, sinks, toilets, etc. Keep in mind that this house was built in the early 1900's and may lack that contemporary feel that some are looking for. My Nephew said it best when he said this house is "really rustic". Also the patio in the back was a decent size at about 15'x25' which allowed all 12 of us to have an outdoor movie night. The location of the property is about 2 blocks (7 minute walk) to the beach. There is a restaurant right around the corner from this property that we found to be simple food with a high price tag which we would not recommend going to. We would recommend the Ocean Cafe`, which is on the left hand corner as soon as you get to the boardwalk off Plymouth. There are plenty of things to do in Ocean City for the adults and kids, but I do recommend one thing....If you are traveling with a bunch of kids like we did, make sure that you stop at the liquor store before your stay because this is a dry town.
