Geniet van een cocktail op de jaloezie-veranda van dit leuke, stijlvolle ouderwetse strandhuis. De industriële maar toch klassieke, licht houten inrichting gaat gepaard met warme, moderne meubels en voegt overal in het huis een vleugje blauw toe. Kruip na een dag van zand en zon op het grote lederen gedeelte in deze woonkamer die de geest van het strand weergeeft. Eet heerlijke barbecue op het ruime terras en de tuin, omringd door het geluid van meeuwen en de geur van de zoute lucht. Maak dit uw thuis weg van huis.

U hoeft zich hier geen zorgen te maken over parkeren. De oprit is groot genoeg voor 3 tot 4 auto's. De grote keuken en eetkamer opent zich voor wat eten en entertainment, dus verzamel uw vrienden en familie hier. De bedden en badkamers zijn modern, schoon en comfortabel - met alles wat u nodig heeft voor een heerlijke tijd weg. Dit pas gerenoveerde ruime huis is geschikt voor maximaal 14+. Geweldig voor grote groepen die samen willen komen en ontspannen op het strand, een leuk concert willen of gewoon de omgeving willen verkennen. De eerste verdieping is licht en luchtig! Je voelt meteen de goede vibes zodra je ons huis binnenstapt. Geniet van de originele hardhouten vloeren in de grote woonkamer en eetkamer. De keuken heeft alle nieuwe apparaten, volledig gevuld en staat voor u klaar om een fantastische maaltijd te maken. Het beste deel is de schaduwrijke veranda met de beste bries. Geniet van uw kopje koffie terwijl u de zoute lucht inademt. Geniet van een grote ontmoetingsruimte tussen de woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. Eetkamertafel biedt plaats aan 8 comfortabel, de ontbijttafel biedt plaats aan 3, extra stoelen beschikbaar indien nodig. Er is een half bad op de eerste verdieping en een kleine bonuskamer buiten het dek - perfect om binnen te komen van het zandstrand net na een snelle spoeling met de buitendouche. Boven is een grote slaapkamer met een aangrenzende grote badkamer, 42-inch tv met ROKU, 3 slaapkamers, een Jack-n-Jill badkamer en een wenteltrap die u naar een andere slaapkamer brengt die plaats biedt aan 4 personen! Geniet van het achterdek met een tafel met plaats voor 8, een gas grill voor die zomer BBQ's en een omheinde tuin. Een volledige kelder biedt u een extra koelkast / vriezer, een slaapbank, een wasmachine en droger, en toegang naar buiten vanuit de kelder.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family. We had 7 adults, 5 kids, and one baby fit comfortably in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. We loved being able to all sit at the large table together to have cake for grandmas birthday. The host's were communicative, our check in and out process was a breeze. We loved staying here, it made the trip so much better that we got to all stay together.

Great location/great house

This house had everything you would need to have a group of people of all ages. Having the bedding, towels, soaps and beach chairs and umbrellas on site was a big plus because we had people fly to the get together. Hostess replied quickly to our questions. I would definitely return to this house.

Amazing Stay at a Wonderful House!

Our family had a wonderful stay, and the host could not have been better. The house is very close to the beach. Not only the close location, but this area of the beach is quiet, the beach entrance on Bertram is right near the lifeguards. The ocean had a great temperature that was refreshing and was very clean. The house was great, and you could tell the owners put a lot of thought into what people want and need at the beach. The basement was stocked with everything you might need for the beach. The house had two refrigerators which is a must when you have lots of people staying at a house. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the grill out back was great for cooking meats, fish, and veggies. The host was amazing. She was responsive the entire time if we had questions or needed anything. But what really put it over the top was that we had left some items behind after we left that were needed the week after our stay and she shipped them to us promptly. Her help on this was incredible and you could tell that she really wanted to ensure your stay was great and that from start to finish you were going to be taken care of no matter what was needed. I highly recommend this house if you are staying in Atlantic City.

Grandma’s 80th Birthday

The property was ideal for our group of 7, but can definitely accommodate more guests. There was enough room for everyone to gather comfortably in the living room and dining room area. The location was perfect-close to the quieter end of the beach/boardwalk, and only a short drive to the casino area. The property has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The private driveway was also a big help. Lovely place in AC!

Amazing Beach House Stay

Family Friendly Home

12 of us stayed at this home for a fun family weekend. The home was clean, very well maintained and even had some comfort touches that really came in handy. We definitely used the blankets on the enclosed porch, the throw blankets in the living room and we even borrowed an umbrella left by the doorway. There was even a cupcake pan in the kitchen! The house was very comfortable. The host was very responsive with all my questions before our arrival. The home was in a nice neighborhood.

Nice property close to beach and casino. House is mostly updated and large, but could use some small improvements. Backyard is very small but there is a large deck. Deck is very old and weak we were afraid we’d fall through. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart and doors are very old and need to be replaced. The house has a lot of potential with these updates as the location is great and there is plenty of room for a large group of guests.

Great location, great house

Our extended family of 13 stayed here for a week and loved it. It's a short 2-block walk to the beach, and we went every day. It's also a short 8-minute drive into downtown Atlantic City, or just 25 minutes to drive down to the boardwalk at Ocean City. The house is clean and the kitchen was well-stocked, which was really helpful, as we ate almost all our meals there.

Great house, great location

We booked this house due to its size and location. We gathered four families: 8 adults, 7 kids - it was PERFECT. With the house layout, the front and back porch, and the basement we never felt like there were 15 people in the house. We loved the front porch for and the quietness of the neighborhood and the ocean breeze. The walking location to the beach was a bonus plus the beach was relatively empty for the end of July. We walked to get pizza, the bakery and to rent bikes. We could not have asked for more. The house was exactly as advertised: bath towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, pool wagons, sun umbrellas, chairs, toys, towels. The beds were comfortable and the hum of the window AC units in the bedrooms provided white noise for sleeping that I never knew I needed in my life. We spent an evening at the Ocean City boardwalk - a scenic 20 min drive and all kids (age 2 - 15) enjoyed themselves. Chrissy was great and responsive to all inquires. We would definitely book here again.

Family Vacation

Nine members of our family stayed at this house for our week long vacation. This property is beautifully decorated and cleaned to welcome new guests. It was equipped with anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs and carts made for easy transition and fun at the beach only two blocks away. The enclosed front porch was the perfect place to gather for games after the little ones were asleep. It was nice to have a high chair and toys for the 2 and under. A truly enjoyable week at this very nice property.

Very attractive, updated, comfortable and well equipped home with good proximity to the beach. Very responsive and welcoming hosts! This home worked well for our 3 generation family of 8. We had a delightful beach vacation here.

Loved the location!

I'd give extra stars for location and communication if I could. We came in from CT to be with family and friends and the layout of the house was just right for our party of 7. We loved that there were so many places to hang and gather, from coffee on the front porch with the old fashioned jalousie windows to the cozy living room, to the oversized dining room, and to the outdoor deck with plenty of seating plus backyard with 14 Adirondack chairs. The kitchen was easy to work out of with all kinds of cookware to choose from and no shortage of coffee mugs, plates, glassware and silverware. It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk which we did multiple times per day with age range of 30-80! Chrissy has plenty of beach chairs and towels so next time I may leave mine home.To top it off there is a great little coffee shop on Bartram called Remedee on the way to the beach! Only open from 7-1 on Sat and Sun. We look forward to coming back. Thanks Chrissy!

Perfect all around !!

Stayed at this house for my son's 6th birthday. This home was perfect for all age ranges. It was very clean. it was the perfect size for everyone(5 adults and 3 children/teenager) to have their own space and come together during dinner time and family fun. We loved staying at this beach house. We enjoyed all the amenities provided, e.g., the bed linens, the beach towels, the beach cart, and the very short walk to the beach. We loved the outdoor area and the various rooms provided. The house was clean and had everything you would need. It worked out well for our group of 14 people. Due to the home's location, the beach felt like a private beach every day which was such a nice treat in August. Thank you for having us, Chrissy.

all family reunion

it was exactly what i had hoped for! spacious enough to accommodate our 4 generations a great grand father some grand parents our 4 adult children and their families 6 grand children we cooked every meal and were happy to find everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen the two blocks to the beach (with the wagon for the children) was very do-able…a couple times a day, including sunrise! we enjoyed the walk to the bay side for sunset and playground as well! and the time spent in the shade of the backyard watching the children play with the water table kept us all amused i’m grateful in a special way for linens and towels and even beach towels being included! we are all very grateful for our beach vacation being spent in your lovely home

Great Family Vacation

Great beach house complete with all the bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs (15), beach umbrellas and beach buggies to get you to and from the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in porch for our morning and evening gatherings. An easy walk to the boardwalk.

Fun in The Sun
