The space

The kitchen is furnished with recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, marble countertops with a leather finish and of course a Keurig coffee station! Enjoy your meals together around the marble kitchen table that seats four and can be pulled out to be more centered in the room or tucked away to save space.

The living space offers the ability to kick back and relax with a large 55-inch flatscreen HD Smart TV that has streaming capabilities such as Netflix, Youtube and more. Make sure to have your streaming account information handy for log in! No need to worry about a rainy day here, you'll find fun classic board games such as Chess, Rummikub and an Atlantic City inspired, Monopoly.

Both bedrooms (2) include a full-size double bed in each [this home sleeps a total of 4 people max] with a quilt, linens and plenty of pillows for your comfort! Each room has windows for natural lighting, a ceiling fan with dimmable lighting and floor length mirrors. Not to mention, built-in custom closets for enough space to unpack, hang your clothes and make yourself at home.

The powder room is nestled in-between both bedrooms and features a modern spray shower with a beautiful custom sliding glass door and built in shelf for your shower essentials. Behind the pocket door located in the bathroom, you will find a stacked washer and dryer to keep you comfortable through your stay.

In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen free environment. This means there are no feathers, down or carpeting in our home. If you have specific allergen concerns, please do contact us before booking. We try to accommodate all guests needs to the best of our abilities!

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a charming front porch that has a regular and rocking chair to enjoy the fresh salt air with your morning coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. Safety features include a blink doorbell with video monitoring as well as a motion sensor lighting outback. You will also have access to off-street parking with a private driveway for your worry-free stay.

Guest access:

Guests will have full access to the entire single-family home. The home includes: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room area. There is off-street via private driveway parking available. As well as a front porch for guests to enjoy!

As guests, you will have access to a physical personalized Atlantic City guidebook with recommendations to make your stay both enjoyable and comfortable in our home.

QUIET TIME: An Atlantic City Ordinance that all guests must follow between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Linens are included on all beds but please bring your own beach towels.

Amenities include free WIFI.

Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and a single travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion per bathroom. As well as basic cleaning supplies.

Important Information to review prior to booking:

Renters must be over age 21. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Sorry, no college students or spring break groups.

Guests must provide a photocopy of ID (Drivers License, Passport, Visa) 72 hours prior to check in for each guest to register with host.

No pets or animals of any kind permitted. No smoking of any kind permitted. No Illegal substances of any kind. No Parties or Events. No Unregistered Guests Allowed: this location is a max 4 person occupancy.

Max number of nights 14 days. 14+ days please request an inquiry. Please note any approved long-term stays will require a security deposit that will be collected through VRBO as well as a short-term rental agreement to be signed.
