We’ve converted the original kitchen area into a spacious first-floor bedroom with a king bed and a half bathroom. Updated photos will be added soon, but the description below reflects the current setup.

This home is designed to be simple, functional, and comfortable.

First Floor
The main level has a combined living and dining area. It’s a bit more compact, but works well for relaxing, watching TV, or spending time together. The kitchen is fully equipped and still easily accessible for cooking.

There’s also a private backyard—great for a casual BBQ or just getting some fresh air.

On this floor, you’ll find a large bedroom with a king bed and a half bathroom, which is especially convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Second Floor
Upstairs includes three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

• A larger bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, along with its own private en-suite bathroom
• A bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed
• A bedroom with two twin beds

The layout is straightforward and gives everyone their own space while keeping things comfortable.

You’ll have full access to the home using a secure keyless entry system. Check-in is simple, and detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival.

Access to the property is limited to registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors, events, or parties are not allowed without prior approval.
