All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles, 1 in the garage, and one in the parking area + ample free & metered street parking in the neighborhood.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire luxurious Oceanside Retreat condominium. This includes all five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the open-concept living and dining areas, and the fully equipped modern kitchen. Enjoy the private front porch and the Juliet-style balconies off the primary bedroom and one guest room. Additionally, guests can utilize the in-unit washer and dryer. Beach access is included with provided beach tags, chairs, coolers, a wagon/cart, and an umbrella. Please note this is an "elevated" first floor unit requiring stairs to access, and has two additional units on the floors above it.

Getting Around:

Getting around from our Luxurious Oceanside Retreat is easy. We offer free parking on the premises, including a garage spot and additional free street parking. For those flying in, Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is about a 45-minute drive. Ocean City is very walkable and bike-friendly, making it simple to reach the beach, shops, and restaurants. While public transportation within Ocean City is limited, ride-sharing services are readily available for exploring the surrounding areas.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
