Other things to note
-This property has a rental unit in the basement. While you'll share no areas within the house with another guest, the basement entry door opens into a common area that is a fire exit for the basement unit. We do offer a listing where both spaces can be rented together.

- NOTE: The property requires 12 steps to enter and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

-The stairway to the bonus/game room is very steep and narrow and should be used with caution.

-All bedrooms require using the steps as there are no bedrooms on the main floor.
