Quiet North End of Ocean City 1st Floor Get Away

Relax with family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor get away is located in the north end of Ocean City. Our quaint duplex is all you need for a wonderful stay in OC! Located on Asbury, you are in walking distance to the beach, to sunsets on the bay and great local restaurants. There is plenty to do from the boardwalk, downtown OC or relaxing on the porch. OC has always been home, feel free to ask any question! The 2nd floor unit can be rented if available.
The space
When choosing this as your stay, you'll have 1 parking spot, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, full kitchen, washer and dryer, a front porch to hang, an outback patio area and an enclosed outside shower for when you return from the beach. There is a front and rear entry way. There is a driveway with 1 parking spot as well as free street parking which usually has plenty of available spots. The parking spot for the first floor is on the right side of the front steps.

The 3 bedrooms are located on the left side of the house. Between the 3 bedrooms there is a queen, full and bunk bed with full and twin on top.

The kitchen is subway style in the back of the house. It's a smaller kitchen with the essentials. There is an oven, microwave and a dishwasher.

There is a washer and dryer is the rear of the house. This is a shared area with the second floor guests. We've asked guests to be mindful of this.

The backyard is a shared space with the first floor unit.

The boardwalk and north street beach are about a 15 minute walk. The boardwalk activities start on 6th street with Gillian's Wonderland Park which is a 25 min walk. North street park is one block away where there is a playground and basketball court.

Guests have access to back patio area which a great spot to hang. There is an outside shower just next to the garage. These back areas are shared spaces with the second floor guests.

The washer and dryer is a shared space. There is a code the back door which will be provided for at check in. The area is connected to the first floor unit. We asked the second floor to be mindful of this when using the washer and dryer.
Other things to note
The space and neighborhood are in great sleepy part of town. We ask guests to be respectful of the noise ordinance of 10pm. Many neighbors are year round and work early mornings. The house is centrally located and on a small street. The neighbors have asked me to let guests know and ask guests to be respectful and not be too loud late at night.
