ShoreChalet is a super spacious, unique townhouse centrally located in the quiet northend of Ocean City. The house is 4 blocks to the beach/boardwalk and 5 short blocks to the bay as well as a short walk to restaurants, North Street playground, and the shops on Asbury Avenue. Enjoy hassle free parking with two dedicated off-street parking in front of the bike shed and deck box with beach chairs and umbrellas.

A few steps to the front door and once inside you’ll appreciate the spacious open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with breakfast bar. There is ample storage for all your personal items as well as a stackable full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. Underneath the second floor stairs is a half bathroom. On the second floor, you will find three sizable vaulted ceiling bedrooms complete with a ceiling fan, flat screen Smart LED HD TV, dresser, and large closet. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite with a pocket door. The junior primary bedroom has a queen size bed with a sliding glass door leading to a covered balcony with two hanging boho chairs and a three-piece bar height polywood set for morning coffee or outdoor dining. The double bedroom has two full size beds. There is a full bathroom off the vaulted ceiling hallway.

The well-equipped kitchen has wood cabinets with leather handles and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. Feel the breeze and hear the sounds of the island with two sliding glass doors. One slider leads to the front porch that includes a polywood dining table and seating for 6+ people for a card game or outdoor dining as well as a gas grill and six fabric folding chairs. The other slider leads to the back porch that includes a cushioned daybed and vertical garden (for your use in season) to rest and relax after rinsing off the salt and sand from the beach as well as several boat cleat hooks for wet clothes and beach towels.

For your entertainment, there are beach tags, beach games, board games, bikes, and four flat screen TVs as well as 100
0 Mbps high speed internet with a subscription to YouTubeTV with 70+ channels.

Complete the day at two public fishing piers at the end of the street for a perfect selfie sunset on the bay.
