We vonden deze 2-verhaal charmeur in Brigantine zo veel als huurders we kochten

Serieus ... we kochten het!

Het is een eengezinswoning op slechts 2 blokken van het rustige, bewaakte strand aan de noordkant van het eiland. Ons huis is volledig ingericht om 10 personen te slapen plus 2 luchtbedden om meer bezoekers te ontvangen.

We namen het eigendom van het huis in het najaar van 2016 en hebben beide badkamers en de keuken volledig gestript, veel kamers geverfd en de esthetiek gemoderniseerd. We installeerden ook een stoeltjeslift op de achtergalerij in mei 2017 voor mensen die moeite hebben met trappen. De badkamer op de eerste verdieping heeft een brede ingang met een inloopdouche, compleet met een veiligheidsbeugel.

Wat is inbegrepen:
- 6 strandlabels
- Centrale airconditioning (ventilatoren ook als u de lucht wilt laten circuleren of de A / C niet wilt gebruiken)
- Wifi
- Strandstoelen, strandcaddy en een paar speelgoed om zandkastelen te bouwen
- Voor gezinnen met baby's / peuters zijn er babyhekken voor de boven- en onderkant van de trap, Graco pack-n-play (vel niet inbegrepen) & een assortiment boeken & speelgoed

- 1 slaapkamer met 2 full-size bedden, HDTV en 2 luchtbedden voor extra slapers
- 1 complete badkamer - REMODELED IN JANUARI 2017

- Keuken - OPGEHAALD IN MEI 2017
- 1 complete badkamer met inloopdouche en veiligheidsbeugels - OPGELEGD IN JANUARI 2017
- 1 slaapkamer met een queensize bed en HDTV
- 1 slaapkamer met een futon, een hd-tv en een tafelvoetbalspel
- Woonkamer met een nieuwe inrichting vanaf voorjaar 2017 & aan de muur gemonteerde flatscreen-HDTV (met Pay Per View-beschikbaarheid die betaald moet worden door de huurders van de borg na de huur en de mogelijkheid om in te loggen op uw Netflix-account)

- Front porch met lounge zitplaatsen en volledig zicht op de school speeltuin, bal veld en atletiekbaan aan de overkant van de straat
- Achtertuin met veranda, grote omheinde tuin, 16'x32 'verharde patio, 2 houtskoolgrills, 2 patio tafels w / stoelen, schuur, buitendouche en 4-auto oprit
- Uitgeschakeld heeft strandbenodigdheden (stoelen, caddy, wat speelgoed van zandkastelen) samen met grillbenodigdheden (aanstekervloeistof, houtskool-schoorsteenstarter en een elektrische aansteker)

Huisdiervriendelijk:
Uw goed opgevoede huisdieren (maximaal 2) mogen hier met u op vakantie en genieten van de omheinde tuin. Er is een extra vergoeding voor dit privilege ($ 150 per week). We hebben een grote omheinde achtertuin toestaan ​​van uw hond volop ruimte om te rennen en te spelen en gelukkig zijn. Brigantine heeft ook een nieuw hondenpark bij 38th St.

Check-in was easy, with clear instructions from the host. The location was great—just a short, pleasant walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the spacious backyard, which was perfect for our dog. The outdoor dining table comfortably fit our whole family and made for some really nice meals outside.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living room was comfortable. However, we did notice mold on the kitchen faucet and backsplash, which was concerning. The bathroom also had a strong urine smell on arrival, and the futon was not suitable for adults to sleep on.With a deep cleaning and a few updates, this home could be a much more enjoyable rental.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving in Brigantine. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. While we were there offseason I think this would be a great place for the summer - lots of outdoor space. The hosts responded very quickly and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

This house and property worked great for our young kids and 2 dogs. The backyard is completely femced in and has an outdoor shower. The playroom has plenty of books and kids activities to keep them entertained.

Perfect family house

This is the one bookings I have had where the pictures actually undersold the property. It is a small Cape cod style house but makes really excellent use of space. Mattresses were extremely comfortable. The extra touches of not only a well stocked kitchen but extra pillows and blankets, extra table/floor fans in every room, tons of outdoor and beach stuff, new w&d and very accessible for someone who has trouble with steps or handicap. It is a 5-minute walk to beach . Outdoor space was large with a big patio table that seats about 12 with a grill (gas and propane)and a smaller table up on the deck plus a yard that is fenced in great for kids or pets and a small private deck off the upstairs master. Very clean and very well kept and owner was quick to respond and easy to work with-recommend!

Lovely home in Brigantine

We enjoyed week long stay at William and Douglas’ place in Brigantine. Truly loved that their home had everything we needed. Games, kitchen items, outdoor furniture, beach umbrella and chairs, grill and a large backyard for the dogs. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from a school playground which was perfect for our 3 year old niece. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Home was clean and comfortable. We will be booking this home again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

The house was just perfect for our group! It was clean, perfectly appointed, and very comfortable. The location was amazing. We could watch the kids play at the playground across the street from the front porch and the short walk to the beach was lovely. We enjoyed preparing meals and being able to eat together at the large table in the fenced in backyard. 10 out of 10! We hope to return.

Lovely vacation with old friends

We had a lovely stay. We had some glitches along the way with the AC...but Bill and Douglas were attentive to getting it fixed. We indicated a few other things that need attending to but I have no doubt they will attend to them as they want your visit to be a good one.

Brigantine living!

We loved it -- very relaxing home with a great yard -- hosts were very accommodating; everything is well-described and ready to go. Every base is covered, and it's a pleasant walk to the beach, which in itself is great. Highly recommend!

Perfect VacationHome

The excellent owners have anticipated guests’ every need. For our three-generation family (grandparents, parents, adult children, and infant) and our cat and dog, this was a wonderful home away from home. The large bedroom upstairs with the double beds was just right for our son/DIL/grandchild. We loved the bedroom with the balcony. The fenced-in yard was great for our kids’ dog. The beach amenities in the shed were comprehensive and functional and made trips to the beach easy. The kitchen and dining room were terrific for family meals and the grill and patio area were also great. The five adults and our infant daughter spent leisure times playing and reading in the living room. It felt larger in person than it seemed in photos. The furniture is very comfortable. My husband and I rode our bikes in the quiet golf course area just East of the house and he and our adult daughter used the school track across the street. The school has three separate playgrounds, each suitable for varying ages. Tip: the one on the northeast corner of the school has some shade throughout the day. A wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Clean, Quiet, Safe, Family Neighborhood

10 out of 10 would bring my family and my dog back to this neighborhood and this wonderful property! Spacious and comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you will need and then some! The front and back covered porches are lovely. The fenced in yard with lots of seating, patio, grill, shower with hot water, outdoor lighting...and MORE...was wonderful for the family and the dog! It's an easy 10 minute walk to the beach down Quay St using the beach carts in the shed. The beach chairs have straps, making them so easy to carry. We brought our bikes from home, and there was plenty of room in the shed and near the outdoor shower to safely store them. Morning bike rides around the island were great! There is a nice ACME market less than a 10 minute drive away. It's a full grocery store with everything you will need. The beach at the end of Quay St. has a guarded swim area and never got too crowded. Advice - if the tide is moving in, set yourself up as close to the sea wall as you can! The water comes in really close to the wall at high tide! If you have a 4WD, you can get a permit to drive it onto the beach, and there is access just minutes away at E. Beach Ave, in addition to areas at the other end of the island where you get a great view of Atlantic City. Atlantic City is a 15 minute drive if you want to visit the boardwalk, casinos, and outlet shopping. Also visit in Brigantine: Sea Star for shopping, and Soulberri for fruit bowls, smoothies, and iced coffees.

Great house for family vacation in Brigantine

We enjoyed our recent stay at this very nice Brigantine beach home. The house location is great - across the street from the school playground and Saturday morning Farmer's market, just down the road from the golf course, and just 2 blocks to the beach! Plenty of room inside the house and a fenced in private back yard that was great for hanging out and eating dinner.
