'RV very clean. Bed comfortable. Small bathroom (usual in RV), clean. Talked to the host upon arrival, gave us the information we needed. Referred a restaurant, where we had a very good meal. We recommend this place.'

'Beautiful space!! Spacious room (2 bedrooms and private bath) with comfortable beds and pressed sheets. Artistic touches - handmade quilts, paintings, crafts made by the owners and their children. Breakfast was a show stopper - baked stuffed croissants and Dutch babies covered in fresh berries and cream. Thanks to Art and Martha they are truly fantastic hosts!'

'It is a converted classroom in à disaffected school. It was a long time since I slept in a classroom. The bed was excellent, the couch comfy, the room was quiet and property heated. On the not so positive side, there was no water in the kitchen sink, the bathroom water was only lukewarm room, and there was no kitchen towel, making washing dishes difficult. We understand that the owner is making improvements, and do recommend this place.'

'Great location….can walk to all attractions, restaurants etc. Parking can be difficult until 4pm when day visitors leave. No elevator but staff will help with luggage. Lovely atmosphere with common balcony overlooking the harbour and Bluenose II.'

'Very cute little rustic cabins. No tvs which was awesome. Beautiful scenery with horses, some cows and even a donkey. A property with tons of character, a little off the path but well worth the drive. Thanks Dave and son 👍'

'De verkeerde keuze komt omdat we dachten dat het er hotel was en niet een soort appartement. Kamers netjes en ruim, een gemis is een waterkoker omdat er een waarschuwing was voor besmet water, met het advies om het te koken. '

'We ate dinner and breakfast in the onsite restaurant before catching the ferry. The food was tasty and served hot. It was nice to just walk to the restaurant rather than having to drive somewhere else. The room was very hot and we could not turn the heater off.'
