'Very friendly staff, helpful for great local Roman restaurants, in general kind and gracious people. I would be happy to return'

'Goed hotel, uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk en service-gericht personeel en mooie, schone kamers. 'Airconditioning not working, no action at all despite reporting twice to reception. Unfriendly reception. Not worth 4stars price '

'Although this isn’t an hotel with an hotel lobby, we didn’t lack of anything. Host Luca is a very friendly and he is so helpful. Clear instructions and many tips for Garbatella and surroundings. Halfway our stay, he checked in with us, if we were happy and needed anything. The room was very clean and modern and had all that we needed. The shared kitchen also was complete with everything you could need. Metro and busstop within minutes of walking (Colosseo 3 stops away). Supermarket and best...

'Attentive staff. Good communication. Willing to help with restaurants and sights. Pictures on the site are an accurate representation of the property. 3 minute walk from the Trastevere train station is very convenient.'
