Designed to be single level with a convenient ramp for easy wheelchair access. The single-level layout ensures the lodge is accessible and convenient for people of all ages and abilities. On stepping inside, you are instantly greeted by the inviting ambience boasting an open-plan design, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for socialising and enjoying the picturesque views. Windows and large sliding doors adorn the lodge, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the interior and connect guests with the beautiful outdoors and the glass enclosed veranda invites you outside to relax and enjoy. With stables and grazing available, and opportunities of good hacking, this is a great place to bring and stay with your horse (by prior arrangement and an extra cost with owner).

Old Buckenham has the largest village green in England, providing a good area to walk. The North Norfolk coast is an hour’s drive to explore many marvellous sandy beaches, the RSPB nature reserves and marshes. Visit seaside towns of Sheringham, Cromer and Southwold offering traditional family attractions and glorious beaches. Several National Trust properties, excellent museums, birdwatching activities, golf, and fishing can be enjoyed reasonably locally. Closer still, there is Banham Zoo, Snetterton racetrack and Old Buckenham Airfield, all within a few miles. Supermarket and shops 3¾ miles. Two pubs 700 yards.
