'Veronica Heights in Kumasi is an exceptional property. Check-in was seamless, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service — especially from the general manager — was outstanding. A special mention to Eric, the bartender, for his warm and friendly approach. The entire place was kept spotless and beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend Veronica Heights to anyone visiting the area.'

'Good stay, I was 4 nights in a row after finding this place. It is new and clean. Thanks for Emmanuella ja Vera in reception to help and check if upgrades available. Thanks for Victoria for good cleaning of my room. Gym should be renovated, there is lot of equipment but maintenance needed'
