Welkom in het paradijs! Een ervaring om niet te vergeten ... GLOEDNIEUW volledig ingerichte woning met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, fantastisch botenhuis en toegang tot ‘Big Water’! Ideaal gelegen nabij restaurants, winkels en 30 minuten van Auburn!
Deze schoonheid heeft 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en is geschikt voor 8 personen. Het aanbieden van een toplocatie op slechts 25 mijl van Auburn en een prachtig uitzicht op Lake Martin. Ons huis is gloednieuw! Het werd net voltooid in mei 2019. Het huis is op maat ingericht in Lake Motif, absoluut schitterend! Ons huis biedt een fantastisch uitzicht op het meer. Onze keuken is volledig gevuld. In de eetkamer staat een op maat gebouwde boerderijtafel die comfortabel plaats biedt aan 10 gasten en het kookeiland biedt nog eens plaats aan twee.
Alle slaapkamers zijn prachtig ingericht en elke slaapkamer heeft een flatscreen-tv! De slaapkamer is extreem groot met een kingsize bed, inloopkast en een eigen badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een zithoek. De 3e slaapkamer is ingericht in Amerikaanse stijl, (we houden van onze VS!) Het heeft twee stapelbedden. Als u op zoek bent naar het perfecte uitstapje voor uzelf en uw gezin, zoek dan niet verder! Dit is een ideale omgeving genesteld in een privégebied dicht bij Chimney Rock, de jachthaven van Chuck en het grote water van het ongerepte Lake Martin!
Ontspan aan het meer op het dok of in het enorme 1500 vierkante meter botenhuis kijken naar de familie genieten van het meer. Met een spectaculair uitzicht op de zonsondergang en zonsopgang vindt u voldoende ruimte voor u en uw gezin om te genieten van alles wat Lake Martin te bieden heeft. En er zijn voldoende ligstoelen en buitenmeubels. Je kinderen, inclusief volwassen kinderen, zullen zich nooit vervelen!
De woning is gelegen in een privé slough direct aan het water. Deze locatie maakt het een veilige en ontspannen plek om te drijven en te zwemmen. Heel kindvriendelijk. Geweldig zwemgedeelte in een veilige zone zonder bootverkeer. Beveilig uw boot en PWC in botenhuis of op het dok. Er is voldoende ruimte voor meerdere boten! Dit huis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor het ultieme toevluchtsoord aan het meer! Geweldig voor gezinnen, vissen en jagen excursies, een rustig toevluchtsoord, het bijwonen van Auburn Football of andere Auburn evenementen.
Ter info: we hebben deze 2 1/2 acre woning met 280 voet waterfront in 2018 gekocht. Holiday Cove is een vakantiecomplex met 4 huizen aan het Martin-meer in Dadeville, Alabama. De huizen delen 2 aparte picknickplaatsen met tafels, stoelen, BBQ-grill, privéstrand en vuurplaats. De huizen delen ook een gemeenschappelijk botenhuis dat plaats biedt aan 4 grote boten, een pier waar 2 boten kunnen vastbinden, en een overdekt paviljoen van 25 x 30 inch met veel tafels en stoelen. Het botenhuis en het paviljoen bieden 1.600 vierkante voet overdekte, schaduwrijke ruimte. In deze 4 huizen kunnen 46 personen slapen. Perfect voor grote familiebijeenkomsten! Elk huis heeft uitzicht op het meer en toegang tot het meer. Het pand is prachtig!

Awesome Stay!

The house was clean and comfortable! The hosts were super friendly and cery accessible if we needed anything. This is a great location in the cove to get away from the busy lake traffic. Kids can thoroughly enjoy the sand beach with both shallow and deeper water options. We were able to easily dock our pontoon boat as well. We woukd certainly stay here again!

We chose this location because of the private beach for my 2.5 year old, which was a huge hit. Some basic toiletries like shampoo/conditioner/soap would have been nice but otherwise everything was great. The blinds in the bunk bedroom were broken so we couldn’t get it as dark as we’d have liked for the baby. Not a dealbreaker thoug

Late Summer - Early Fall get away!

It was the perfect weekend to choose! The weather was perfect, we enjoyed sitting on the porch looking out at the lake, it was cool fresh air! Holiday Cove it set up that if you had a large family and needed more than one place, they have 4 homes within walking distance of each other. It’s just a nice and very clean area. My daughter said to me it was one of the most relaxing vacations she’s had in a while! I would recommend this place to anyone needing a much needed get away!!!!

Lake Martin/Auburn visit

We booked and stayed over our spring break from Maryland to experience Lake Martin and visit our daughter who is a student at AU! The house and property are exactly as described. The distance to local stores and restaurants were very convenient. Many restaurants by boat and seasonal places are not open yet so that was a bit disappointing but would make another trip in the summer that much more enjoyable! The beds, sheets, towels are very comfortable, communication with the owners was easy and they were available to answer any questions. Beautiful, peaceful and serene. We will definitely be back!

Overall pretty good

Overall the place was great! The house was as listed, nice and clean, while having all the amenities disclosed. The location offered a great view of the water and was peaceful during the morning as the sun came up. We were however a little dismayed to realize most of the outside amenities (firepit, adirondack chairs, hammock, cornhole, etc), were basically all right next to house #4 and not centrally located. This would not normally be a problem I imagine, but it is all dependent upon who are in the other houses. For us, house #4 was visited by about 10-12 'frat age' men and another 6-8 young 20ish occupants in the house above us. We were young once as well and do not begrudge their activities, just didn't necessarily want our kids near drinking, etc. I should mention they were all cordial and respectful, not loud, etc. They did however unintentionally monopolize most of the common areas throughout the day, making it unusable for our younger kids. With all that said, it would be nice to have had additional cornhole or firepits near the other houses so multiple houses could use. I had almost brought our own cornhole board but saw the one listed and decided not to. In conclusion, a great little house with an awesome but maybe just a small caution in that it, due to the close proximity of the other houses on the premises, and considering that some house up to 14 people, it really all depends on who has rented the other houses.

Amazing stay on Lake Martin!

We had a wonderful time staying at Holiday Cove! The house was well equipped, beautifully updated, and right on the lake in a great location. We met the owners and they were just lovely people! They told us about all of the best places to eat on the lake. :) Our kids enjoyed using the kayaks and swimming off the large covered boat dock. The lakefront area is really cool with a beach area and Adirondack chairs to relax in. We would highly recommend Holiday Cove and can’t wait to return for another stay!
