Welcome to our beautiful house in Augignac in the stunning Perigord Vert Dordogne. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
Located less than 3 miles away is the famous and beautiful Grande Etange Lake and Beach with sun beds and beautiful shaded wooded areas plus; Canoing, Paddle Boarding, Swimming picnicking and picnic tables. It also has ample showers toilets facilities
Good snack bars and a haute cuisine restaurant.
In July and August they hold a Food Market every Monday Night where you can taste the local producers fayre at very reasonable prices!
A night that is not to be missed.

Staying here allows you access our beautiful Patio and Hot Tub (April to September inclusively)in our large enclosed private garden. We also have a BBQ for that essential Al fresco dining
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers two lounge areas and two televisions, internet access and a music player.


This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 adult size single beds.


There is one large family bathroom, which has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
The house also has a very useful Downstairs Cloaks with WC and Washbasin

Linen, towels, hair dryers, plus an iron and ironing board are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
We provide a travel cot bed that suits from birth to toddler age with two mattress level settings and has built in music and lights for you little one. A high chair is also available for your baby.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are ample free parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property. Please let us know what breed your dog is, dog bowls are here for your dog.
