There was nothing that I liked…after being greeted by 2 sheriff cars who were there to remove a customer who assaulted another customer, a room change due to no a/c, returning to our room that no cleaning service was provided , with no fresh towels. We received a call from the “regional manager,” who outright refused to refund one night of our 2 night stay which I requested. She said we had the do not disturb sign on the door which we DID NOT. After 30 minutes of her giving me alternatives to rectify the issue, NONE of which were satisfactory to me since they all inconvenienced me - change rooms for a 3rd time? No, thank you..have them clean the room at 9:30 pm? No, another inconvenience oh and she said we could leave and find another hotel, then and only then would she give us one night stay charge refunded. Another inconvenience to have to find another hotel at 10 pm! How unaccommodating was that! Oh and did I mention the mold in the bathroom, NEVER staying at a Comfort Inn again! A total disaster!! Beyond Poor customer service!
