Hidden gem on the river
This place is beautiful! Overlooks the river. Hidden among the trees! Hot tub! Access to river walk right outside the door. Constance is great to communicate with. Stay here every year for a regatta on the river.

Amazing stay right on the river! So Clean & Peaceful.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property and location was so close to everything. The home was so beautifully decorated and utterly spotless! Our host thought of everything to make our stay perfect! The upper deck was the most peaceful place to enjoy a glass of wine while I watched my husband fish on the boat dock. Awesome bed, awesome shower, comfy seating, hot tub…this place had every luxury. If you are coming to Augusta or even the South Carolina border, this is the place to stay. There was ample parking as well. We can’t wait to visit again. Our host was excellent at communication and was the sweetest. Thank you Constance for a great experience :)

Masters weekend
A perfect place for two friends going to the Masters! Location was amazing and Constance was a GREAT host. She even called to see what kind of snacks we wanted! There are several steps to the property but that didn’t bother us.

Perfect way to experience Augusta
Friend and I came down for the weekend to visit another mutual friend, and we selected this place, because we thought it would be cool to be near downtown in the river. This couldn’t be more accurate, the architecture of this place it was fascinating, there were amazing views, and incredible natural light. We had more fun hanging out here than at several of the bars and restaurants we visited within walking distance. I definitely hope to stay here again!

Cozy, Beautiful, and Serene
My husband and I stayed here recently, and it was just right for us. It was well decorated and stocked, surprisingly private for being right by downtown, and incredibly relaxing. Constance was wonderful and helpful, a lovely lady. Everything about it was easy and straightforward. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to doing so again in the future.

Unique property in Augusta!
We came to Augusta to see the area as my daughter will be moving there for grad school in the fall. This house was the perfect location for everything and we loved being on the river, watching the rowing crews go by. Everything was well supplied, the decor was wonderful, beds super comfortable including the bed under the stairs. The house felt very private and it was on the most interesting street! We enjoyed going to Meadow Garden, The Morris Museum of Art , Riverwalk and Phinizy Swamp - be aware most things while we were here in March only seem to be open Thu-Sun. The town was pretty quiet on a Monday. We will have to see everything else when we come back again to visit, would stay here again for sure.

Incredible couples stay on the river

Beautiful stay in River Retreat
We had another fantastic stay at this property. It’s very beautifully appointed and well located to Augusta’s attractions. This was our second stay at River Retreat and we highly recommend it. Very, very clean and it feels like you’re staying in a home featured in Southern Living Magazine!

Diamond in the Rough
This property was absolutely spectacular. The home is so delightful. Attention to detail was spot on! So many little special things when you walk into the home. I don't want to mention them all - as it might ruin the surprise for future guests. There is one small detail that is worthy mentioning - you must be able to handle steps. There are quiet a few steps to get down to the home. If in the area again, I will most certainly look into availability of this location.

Visiting Daughter That was at Fort Gordon base
Constance, was a wonderful host. I was looking for a place to stay to visit my Marine daughter who was at Fort Gordon for schooling ( after not seeing her for 8 months) The propert was more impressive in-person. It was perfect....cozy urban chic. The added touches the music as you enter put us at ease after our long drive. This apartment was perfect place for us- It had all the amenities needed and more. I was able to cook homemade meals, just relax and enjoy each other's company. The hot tub was relaxing after exploring the area. The one night fireworks from the Sout Carolina side were amazing- watching them from the dock deck added a whole other dimension. The views of the Savanah River are breath-taking. Many local attractions within walking distance- the river walk, the downtown area shops and restaurants If you are looking for a hidden treasure- a urban slice of paradise. We are looking forward to coming back.

Ironman Augusta 70.3
My husband, mother-in-law and I had the pleasure of staying at West End during our race weekend for Ironman 70.3. The property was absolutely lovely, quiet, homey and beautifully decorated. The location was also perfect for proximity to downtown. You really felt like you were in an oasis. The hot tub was great for sore muscles and the views of the river were perfect for relaxation. West End is perfect for three people who don't mind stairs. Constance was also wonderful with communication and quickly got back to us with all additional needs we had during our trip. You won't regret staying here.

Wonderful stay
The house was beautiful and secluded. The screened in hot tub was great for keeping the bugs out. Easy walking access to food and shops on Broad St., plus right on the river trail. We had a great time.

The privacy!!!

Riverview Retreat is fabulous! Apparently newly renovated and professionally decorated, this property offers every comfort with views of the Savannah river from every room plus a balcony and two lower decks. A special treat was seeing a great fireworks display on Saturday night right from our deck. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment
This is a beautiful apartment in a great location! The rooms were immaculately clean, the bed and furniture were very comfortable, and it is in a prime location. When you include the nice, large TV and deck on the hot tub, it adds up to a wonderful place to spend the evenings after watching the golf tourney :-)

Incredible property
Words cannot describe the unique beauty of this rental. It is the bottom floor of a house right on the water. Not a sound was heard from above during our entire stay. The decor was gorgeous- I could not get over how many special touches and obvious love went into preparing this property for renters. Why would anyone ever stay on a hotel?! The owner was very easy to communicate with and available for any questions or issues we had. If we are ever in Augusta again, this will be the only place we will consider staying. Comfortable bed, great amenities, very close to river walk and broad street district, and gorgeous view down the river from the myriad windows covering the walls. You can lie in bed drinking coffee as you gaze down the river - perfection! Only caution is for those with mobility issues: there are a lot of stairs into apartment and also down to river. Such a great place!

Perfect Visual & Sensual Aesthetics
Perfect place to stay if you're looking for a waterfront property with a beautiful view! Opening the door to the apartment welcomed us with the most sensual aroma! For my family and I, it smelled like home. The decor is beautiful, there's ample space to move about. The beds were very comfortable. The soothing sounds coming from the bedroom reminded me to relax. Close proximity to anything you may need, supermarket, restaurants etc. I had the pleasure of meeting both the host Constance & property owner Robert. They're hospitality was exceptional, very warm and welcoming. I can't wait for my next visit to Georgia, hoping the property is available to rent at that time. It was a pleasure for sure! Ms. Fleming

Get away on the river and walk to downtown
Had a great stay for a regatta that was taking place in the river. Host communicates quickly and the place is spotless. Proximity to downtown restaurants and river are key to us. Mild highway noise but worth it for the location. Cute neighborhood. Coffee and treats were a nice surprise to have out. She even had seasonal decorations for a contemporary, homey feel. Will return!

Felt Like a Mini Honeymoon
My wife and I previously lived in Augusta for 4 years prior to leaving, and we’ll frequent back for weddings and reunions. When we signed up for the location, we were at first just trying to dodge high prices of hotels, but still maintain a centrality in the area. When we walked in we were floored. It honestly felt like a resort we had in Cancún on our Honeymoon 5 years ago. Total privacy, safety, and gorgeous views of the Savannah River with amenities we kept discovering. I even looked at my wife and said “We may consider placing an offer on this place!” Anyway, 10/10. Promised much and still managed to overdeliver.

Beautiful Riverfront Retreat
We had an absolutely lovely stay over a long weekend. The property is immaculately clean, very well appointed and of designer quality. We were amazed with the hospitality and would absolutely stay again when we return to the area. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with linen sheets that were so warm and inviting. The porch was lovely for our morning coffee and the downstairs dock surprised us with a hot tub! Very clean and easy to use. Towels and wash cloths were provided and so plush and fluffy. Kitchen had all cooking items (no stove) and living area was welcoming with nicely arranged furniture and seasonal decor. Easy in and out - no key entry/ all digital locks. Easy parking (covered) and close to Broad St (GA) and SRP Park (SC) for nearby restaurants and bars. Very relaxing to wake up and lie down listening to the river flowing outside. Simply wonderful stay!
