Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it's fully equipped and very comfortable, set in a wooded park and quiet surroundings. Opposite the Aulus-les-Bains spa resort (treatments, wellness area, and spa), it's 20 minutes from the Lers Pond Nordic ski area and 15 minutes from the Guzet Neige family ski resort. Numerous activities and hikes depart from Aulus (trail runs, GR10, trout fishing, etc.).
In the residence, you have free access to the common areas: sauna, fitness room, library lounge with workspace (free Wi-Fi), free parking, and bicycle storage. A laundromat is available within the residence.

The living area comprises an entrance hall with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. A separate bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, and a separate bathroom/shower room with toilet.

For your comfort, a travel cot (sheets not provided) and a high chair are available free of charge.
