Located just a 15-minute walk from the charming village of Aups, 15 km from Lake Sainte-Croix, and 50 km from the beaches of Sainte-Maxime, this vacation rental is the perfect base for exploring Provence, the Verdon, and the French Riviera. Access via 3 steps from the terrace: Living/dining room with flat-screen TV (TNT, Netflix, and Prime Video included), 140x190 sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Fully equipped kitchenette (induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, small appliances). A mezzanine with a maximum height of 160 cm for storage. Bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a large closet. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning in the living area. Wi-Fi included. Bed linens and towels provided. Outside, there are two furnished terraces with garden furniture, umbrellas, and a built-in barbecue. A shared pool (7.5 x 3.5 x 1.7 m) is available during the summer months, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Due to the presence of stairs in the cottage, the property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age, with the exception of infants. One pet allowed free of charge. The house is equipped with a septic tank.
