'The hotel is fine, but the bed I got was the worst I've ever slept in, and I've stayed in cheap hotels in Greece. They should make sure the beds are comfortable because that can make or break your experience. For me, it ruined it. In the future, I will avoid booking a room at this hotel. I'm sorry, but the bed and cleanliness are the most important things. Cleanliness was fine, but the bed was terrible, with a dip right in the middle.'

'The Motel 6 was in transition (was previously a Quality Inn). The registration system was not completely integrated, so we were given keys to a room with occupants already there--which was a shock to both the occupants and us. The receptionist was quick to remedy this, but it left a sour taste. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no coffee grinds for the in room coffee machine. Management and housekeeping had no coffee pods available.'

'DONT! They have homeless people staying in the same place as paying customers. There is no staff after 7 pm, until 11 am the next morning. Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. 'The property is about a 20min ride from the airport. The shuttle drivers was excellent BUT the room didn’t have no small towels they say no smoking but the hallways smelled like smoke. The shuttle was the BEST thing about the hotel they assist you with your luggage and they are on time.'

'My refrigerator won’t work. My stuff in there were spoiled. It took them two days to change it. Floor had dog hair but it was cleaned after I notified the office.'

'The entrance is clean, but when you start going into the hotel for example the elevator smelled like sweat. Got into the hotel room and the couches were filled with stains. The room stunk of odor. The couch next to our tv had an iron stain. Our pillows were stained. Not a good experience at ALL. The rest of the hotel hallways smelled like smoke. There was a ton of homeless people as-well right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and incredibly understanding. Gave us a full refund.'
