'Nice hotel with friendly staff, we had a very good stay until thunderstorms hit the location. Luckily no damage but the hotel didn’t do the necessary repairs so we had no warm water no electricity and no internet for about 14 hrs'

'Homewood Suites called the morning of my reservation to inform me that my reservation had been cancelled and they could no longer honor my reservation due to issues with their elevator. This caused a family gathering to be cancelled as a result. Very disappointed, given I had called the day (in the afternoon) before to verify our reservation. '

'The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...
