'Checked in with two kids under 3 & my husband for Father’s Day weekend. It was around 10pm and we had just drove for hours, expecting our hotel and room to be comfy and ready for us to sleep in. I requested a crib when I made the reservation, & when I reminded them at the front they said they’d bring one in right away. We get into the room and it’s extremely humid - the AC was not working. Fast forward another 30 minutes, at this point it’s almost midnight, my babies are crying, and no word from...

'Separate restroom for the basic room, had everything I needed for a couple nights. Bed, tv, restroom in my room, hangers, A/c, bath towel. Thanks for the stay!! Also it’s off the freeway in north Austin'

'Location was excellent. Nice relatively quiet area. The pull out bed was not clean though when we went to make the bed up for the kids. It was too disgusting to use so the kids all ended up either sleeping on just the couch cushions or piling into one bed.'

Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom.
