✹ There are 4 parking spaces by the garage in the back. Extra parking is available at the front of the house in the circular driveway however there is no access to the garage itself.

✹ There are other people residing in the buildings on the same property, behind this house. Please be respectful, especially in terms of noise, between 10 pm-8 am each day.

✹ Video surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without a refund. There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door, a Ring floodlight on the back(east) side of the house facing the yard, and a Ring floodlight near the garage(south) facing the parking area and driveway.

✹ PETS: Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet along. A fee of $50 per pet per stay applies, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided there are no damages caused by the pet.

✹A $100 fee will be charged for guests who have excessive trash.
