Little Tree house is a dog-friendly (Large Fenced Backyard), 3 bedroom (4 beds), home with all the comfort amenities you could ask for. The house also has a 2 car garage and it's a great spot for Traveling Nurses, Temporary Workers and Families! The neighborhood is quiet and have great neighbors. We are also right across the way from Milburn Park with has a fantastic pool and recreation facilities for the whole family - it's open to the public for a very reasonable daily pass!

Comfortable beds and linens in every bedroom. We like HelixSleep Mattresses the best. Room Darkening / blackout curtains or shades in every bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 6 people on beds in the bedrooms and 2 additional people on the pull-out sofa in the living room.
◈Master Bedroom: King Bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub, large walk-in closet, dresser, and ROKU TV - all the comforts of home :)
◈Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, workstation desk with monitor, small dresser.

◈Bathroom 2: Shared between bedrooms 2 and 3, this bathroom features a Tub/Shower and large vanity.

We have a standard 2-car garage that you are welcome to use as well as 2 spots on the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking. The keycode to the garage will be provided upon booking.
PLEASE NOTE:
◈ Access to the pool is managed by Milburn Park - it is paid entry, please visit the Cedar Park Texas website for more information on Milburn Park and pricing.
◈ Doorbell with camera is next to the front door.
◈ Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM per HOA.
◈ No smoking or vaping inside or on the patios. Fees apply for any smell removal.
◈No buses, oversized vehicles, boat or trailer parking available at the house or in the neighborhood.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home.
◈ No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time.
◈ Max overnight occupants 8 people plus any babies.
◈ You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
◈ We welcome friendly, house-trained dogs that are identified on the reservation at booking. Any unregistered pets will result in a $200 fee to pay for additional cleaning.
