Dripping Springs Dream House with pool, views, and privacy - sleeps 8!

This Dripping Springs property is what vacation rental dreams are made of! Situated on one acre, it’s very private with incredible Hill Country views. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a pull-out sofa in the den, all of which can accommodate up to 8 adults comfortably.

Beautiful pool, views, seating and grill outside. Cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plush towels. This stunning property can be enjoyed year round!

Only 1 mile to great restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and shopping, and 35 minutes to Downtown Austin! Close to many wedding venues, hiking, parks, and grocery stores. We can also provide contact info for local drivers.

The pool and pool deck offer gorgeous views of rolling hills (you’re not looking into anyone’s backyard!). There are plenty of lounge chairs. Sip a glass of local wine on the covered patio or hang out in the shade of the oak trees after a dip in the pool. There’s a grill and outdoor dining area - on warm nights, enjoy dinners outside along with a beautiful Texas sunset. And on colder nights, if you’re not going out on the town, cozy up on the deck under a blanket or enjoy a movie night inside.

The interior offers high end furnishings and upscale decor, luxurious linens, super soft sheets, plush towels, and more.

Fully stocked kitchen with *coffee bar* - unlimited coffee pods (K-cups), cream, and sugar provided. Cuisinart drip coffee maker available too. Enjoy crystal wineglasses (and plastic ones to take to the pool!) and a full size fridge ready to fill up with your favorite beverages and food. Olive oil, salt and pepper, spices, oatmeal, pancake mix, and an assortment of condiments are all available to you.

The Living Room has a new Pottery Barn leather sofa and additional seating (not shown in photos). There are Smart TV's in living room, den, and bedroom with very fast WiFi to stream whatever you want to watch. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the third bedroom has a full bath just down the hall.

All sleeping areas have either black out shades or blinds, as well as overhead fan.

The closet off the primary bedroom is huge! An iron, ironing board, starch and handheld steamer are stored there.

Bathrooms are stocked with white hotel-style towels, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap and body soap, body lotion, and hair dryers.

For families, there are kid-friendly cups, dishes and silverware. There is space in master suite for a pack and play if traveling with an infant. (We do not provide a pack n’ play - we recommend Babyquip for rentals)

Please note our pool is available to use 24/7 year round but it is not heated and we can’t make any guarantees about the temperature of the pool water at any time of year. Year round the pool is serviced and cleaned every Wednesday. We provide pool towels.

We do not allow pets, parties, or smoking on the property.

Please do not have packages or mail sent to our address.

We don't allow check in or check out on Saturdays. We have a 3 night minimum for holiday weekends, no Sunday checkout when the following day is a holiday.

Please inquire about early check in or late check out. Advanced notice and approval required.

We do not maintain the screened in porch/gazebo on the property and ask the guests kindly keep out.
