'The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed did not have a very good mattress, so consider that when planning for extra people. Also, trying to get in the door was an experience. It took several attempts to figure out how that worked as well as how to lock it. There should be better instructions, and a reminder to hold the door tightly closed when locking or it won't engage.
Booking through Expedia was ok, but was a bit misleading, as we thought we were getting a river view, however,...

'The property was very clean and the check-in process was very easy. The house is very attractive inside and out. Communication with the host was easy and Lisa was responsive but. honestly, we did not have any additional needs for which we needed assistance. The outdoor areas were very nice, but the weather was not cooperating enough for us to enjoy them.
There were several less-than-ideal items as well: there were closets in the BR's for hanging clothes but noticed there were no dressers to...

'The linens need improvement they were of poor quality. The bathrooms tubs and showers could use updating and/or cleaning. The king bed and futon could be updated. adding hooks or bars to the bathroom walls would be helpful '
