Two night stay
We stayed 2 nights for my daughters cheer competition at Kalahari. The house is very nice and updated. The neighborhood is quite and very close a the park for walks. I would definitely stay at this property again.

University Cottage
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and just the right size for my 2 adult sons and me. We liked walking the neighborhood and the nearby River hiking trails. We were also pleased that the cottage is located close to the Georgetown square.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little cottage. It is within short walking distance of the Georgetown square and the San Gabriel river trail. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed seeing the holiday lights on the square and in some of the neighborhoods.

Good location and cozy house
This house was perfect for our stay. It was just my spouse and I, but also had a twin room which would be perfect for kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was very clean. The house is located just a few blocks from the historic downtown square and lots of restaurants with it. We had a great stay!

Amazing and updated cottage
Process so smooth. Contacted the owner because I left something behind and she contacted me immediately and resolved it . Cottage has a unique style with modern upgrades. Super clean. Nice neighborhood for a stroll or a walk to downtown square

House was perfect for our family of three. The house was spotless and so cute and comfortable. We had zero problems during our stay. The house is in a great location in Georgetown, within miles of pretty much anything you could want or need. We hope to stay there again when we are in the area.

Lovely place for an Old Gals Getaway!
I rented this lovely cottage for my 84-year-old Mom and two of her high school girlfriends from NorCal. It was perfect for them—walking distance to the Square (...be certain to have Mikey V's tacos!!!), and driving distance to Lady Bird Wildflower Center, downtown Austin, and The Oasis for lunch with a view. You will have everything you need at this house! It could use a bit of shrubbery and flowers for a more attractive curb-appeal—but inside is wonderful!

Great little house!
This is a beautiful little home located very close to the square, the parks and the University. The home is small, cozy, well-appointed, well-maintain and overall beautiful. All furnishings and fixtures are new and in great shape. I can't say enough wonderful things about this home. AWESOME stay!

Great downtown property
The location of the property was perfect if you wanted to spend time in downtown Georgetown. Everything was clean and newly updated. Property Management was quick to respond and very friendly. If coming to Georgetown again, I would definitely consider staying on this property again.

Nice, but....
Nice place, well appointed EXCEPT that the beds are HORRIBLE. Old, cheap and worn out mattresses await you in this charming little cottage. Its a real shame that when they did the remodel on this place that they stopped before putting newer (BETTER) beds. We had to go looking for the entry code when we arrived, having heard nothing from them at all, until we got a welcome letter from the property manager, after we'd been staying here for 3 days. Could have been great, but poor management and cheap beds made it just "ok". Disappointed.

Brad, We're sorry to hear that you didn't completely enjoy your stay at this home. We instruct every guest in the pre-stay email to reach out for the code for check-in, and unfortunately, the owner did not hear from you. The email was supposed to be sent to an upcoming guest who had reached out, but we apologize for this confusion. Bed comfort is personal and subjective, and we are confident many future guests will find them to their liking. We wish you the best in all your future travels!

Everything was perfect for our needs.
Great. Think a written guide for tv would be nice. We had to call owners to work it out. They were very responsive and came by to show us how to work it. The cottage is one of the nicest accommodations we have ever stayed in.

Charming Cottage
This place is adorable! It was the perfect getaway trip for my husband and I. We had only ever driven through Georgetown and I’m so glad we decided to stay here a few days. The house is small, but is so well laid out and beautifully decorated. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a quick weekend away. Diana gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We hope to come back again in the fall!

It was perfect for my family and the perfect location! The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable & hard & unbearable to watch tv as the cushions on the couch kept sliding out & dropping us to the floor causing us to cuddle in the master bedroom to watch tv at night but overall it was perfect to have my family under one roof and to wake up together with breakfast! Loved the privacy & space!
