My husband and I took our grandkids to this Hotel for the weekend, booking specifically for the
swimming pool and separate bedroom and suites. We asked for Line for the pullout, no one ever came. I went downstairs and was told that he would be able to get some in the morning. This swimming pool was filthy, and had not been cleaned in some time. There was a dead rat, floating in it and debris covering the bottom when I told them there were a rat, floating in the pool, simply granted and nodded. The next morning there was a note on the pool door that said it was not in use. When I take the children down for breakfast, the pancake machine was out of order and there was limited choices for food. We have never had this type of experience at a Holiday Inn express. We will not be visiting this hotel again, the floors were not clean, bathtub was dirty and I woke up with seven bites on my legs.
