Prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op Lake Travis en Texas Hill Country voor uw volgende uitstap in deze luxe villa op een heuveltop. Nieuw ingericht, deze villa biedt u luxe en gemakkelijke toegang tot de voorzieningen in het Hollows Resort.

Deze villa met 3 slaapkamers / 3 badkamers is zeer ruim op meer dan 1700 m², met een volledig uitgeruste keuken en twee eetgedeeltes. Beddengoed omvat een koning, koningin, twee tweelingen en slaapt zes. De slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met toegang tot de veranda en een geweldig uitzicht op het meer. De tweede gast slaapkamer heeft ook een eigen badkamer.
Ontspan op de extra grote overdekte veranda met drie comfortabele zitjes en een barbecue voor uw woonruimte buiten / eetbehoeften.

The Hollows Resort is de enige geplande gemeenschap op Lake Travis en is de meest schilderachtige locatie aan het meer met 1500 hectare prachtig Texas Hill Country, omringd door het heldere water van het belangrijkste recreatiemeer. Vanaf Edgewood Way Drive heeft u toegang tot het meer via een prachtig natuurpad dat leidt naar een Lake Travis-inham naast de Beach Club. Op Edgewood Way Drive op het hoogste punt van het resort bevindt zich ook de Hilltop Smokehouse. Dit is een geweldige plek voor familiebijeenkomsten en heeft overdekte zitplaatsen, een grote vuurplaats, grill, roker, toiletten en is een prachtige plek om de zonsondergang te bekijken.

De Beach Club heeft een grill / bar, een overloopzwembad, een kinderbad, spabaden / bubbelbad, een groot rokerij, een fitnesscentrum, hangmatten, grills, een zandvolleybalveld en toegang tot het meer. En er zijn 25 kilometer wandelpaden door het hele resort en slingeren tussen de heuvels en beboste bossen tot aan het meer.

U kunt uw boot of waterscooter lanceren op onze eigen boothelling en uw trailer opbergen in een beveiligd gebied. De full-service Hollows Marina heeft slips voor overnachting verhuur, een tankdok en een scheepswinkel voor uw gemak. U kunt ook ski- of pontonboten huren op nabijgelegen locaties. Lake Travis is een 65-mijl lang meer en heeft vele prachtige baaien om te zwemmen, evenals tal van restaurants, jachthavens en diensten voor uw dagen op het water.

Beautiful View

View and outdoor area were awesome. So nice to sit outside and relax. Plenty of room in the home. Beds were comfortable. Home was in relatively good repair. Kitchen could use reorganization. No rhyme or reason to where anything was located. Really had to search around. Beach club area was nice. One extra large hot tub was heated during our stay and we used that. The problem is the pools weren't heated so all the kids used the hot tub as their pool because it was larger. There is no access to the lake unless you rent something and then you can use it at the marina but no access to walk by the lake and no actual beach area. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Mother and Daughters Weekend in the Hill Country

We stayed at this property in the Hollows for a long weekend with a group of 4. This is a nice corner unit with lots of light and sunshine. It has a fabulous large outdoor deck area overlooking the hill country and lake. The unit is described as it was in the property listing, with ample space to relax. The resort had some amenities that were still open in the fall for us to use ( heated hot tub) and nice walking paths. Great communication before and during with the property manager. Bill was fast to respond and was available throughout our stay. Overall, great trip and stay in an area close to many small hill country towns to explore...had everything we needed.

Beautiful and Family Oriented

This is a wonderful vacation property! Our family gathered here after graduation, which allowed us all to be together. Children were safe to explore (9yrs to 17yrs) and swim in the pool with supervision. We saw wildlife and were still close to amenities! Definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful views, ample space, clean, plenty of kitchen items to cook with…everything we tried worked well…a/c, stovetop, washer/dryer…. Pool is great and bistro food is surprisingly good…hours of bistro vary… Parking at condo is limited if u have more than one car and it’s not clear exactly where the overflow parking is… Lucky Rabbit in Jonestown is recommended…live music, good food, very nice space in and out…

Great location, but condo needs attention.

The condo is in a great location at the Hollows, it was very quiet and peaceful. We spent Christmas there so none of the amenities were open. We enjoyed the hiking trails and seeing so many deer! Lago Vista is a small town close by and has eateries and a grocery store. We enjoyed going to Flat Creek Winery which is only a 20-minute drive through beautiful hill country. With that being said, the condo needs more attention to detail and a good cleaning. The sink in the master bath was clogged and we had to clean the drain, the air vents in the bathrooms had a layer of dust, the silverware was in a Ziploc bag, the drawers and cabinets had random items and weren’t clean. The soap dispensers had watered down soap. The bed in the master bedroom was average at best, and needs updated bedding. This may sound like petty problems, and I could go on, but I won’t. We were very disappointed and never encountered this in other VRBO rentals. This property requires a cleaning fee and clearly this money isn’t going towards a professional cleaning.

Great place to hang out with family

Spacious, well lit and open. This was home base for our family of four plus grandparents while we were in town to visit family nearby. Plenty of room for everyone to do their thing and not be in anyone else's way. The deck was a big plus if only it had been warmer!! Magnificent sunrise views and bird watching (hawks?) Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, very clean. We did not go to the clubhouse butade use of the lovely walking trails.

Great Getaway Weekend

We enjoyed the stay and the location. We rented a golf cart and had fun riding around with our 7 year old son. We saw deer several times. This was our first time at Lake Travis and us south Louisiana people should have brought good water shoes and something with cushion to lay on the ground while at the “beach”. A blanket on the ground won’t work because of all of the rocks. We had folding chairs, so it worked out. We loved being on the water. I liked that you could drive or take the gold cart to the beach. The pool and restaurant was awesome. The food was really good! A kid’s cheeseburger could feed an adult. Full bar. Couldn’t be more convenient. The condo was really nice. Located a few steps from elevator. I wish the trees in front of the condo were a little lower because it obscures the lake view. But regardless, it’s beautiful. All of the beds could use a good memory foam topper or replacement. They were not good mattresses (thin and springy) and would be the only reason we don’t stay there again. Other than that, the bedding was nice, the whole place was super clean, bathrooms were great, there was everything we needed for our stay. Great space! Sunrise and sunset were beautiful from the patio and the whole complex was quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful Countryside

Loved the condo. Plenty of space. Biggest negative I had was not being able to rent a boat and have it dropped off at the resorts dock. Had to drive quite a long way daily to rent boats. Only reason my family stayed at the lake instead of down town Austin was to spend a few days at the lake. Also the pool area while pretty, seemed in dire need of minor repairs. Gates were off hinges, key cards didn’t work, a good cleaning was due.

Nice Family Vacation

The condo is incredibly nice, is well-decorated, and very clean and comfortable. We had 3 adults, a 14 year old, and a 10 year old, and we all really enjoyed it. The balcony has fantastic views, and sitting on the couch out there in the mornings was perfect. We loved the pool and the little restaurant there. They had great food and drinks, and the infinity pool is awesome! It's a very pretty community and we had fun driving around and exploring, and eating at the nearby restaurants. I hope we can return!

Very nice condo!! Has all the amenities you could want. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Clean and well maintained. No complaints at all. Thank you for the great vacation! Expect to drive wherever you need to go. And there isn’t really anything like a market close, so bring it with you.

Our condo was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children. Everything you might need to enjoy patio meals viewing turquise blue lake Travis was available. All of the Hollows amenities were really fun. Highly suggest renting a golf cart for even more fun. Thank you for a wonderful family getaway.

Nice Condo

The condo was perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The area was quiet and secluded. We enjoyed the enormous deck that had good views of the lake. It is about a 15 minute walk to the clubhouse. Where you can swim in the lake. The facilities were not open due to COVID so we could not use the pool or smokehouse. One small inconvenience was we ran out of trash bags.

Fell in love with everything at The Hollows

This property was more then we had hoped for the layout is fantastic. Renting golf cart was perfect to make runs down to the beach club & marina - we kept our boat in a slip at the beautiful marina everyone from the marina was so helpful & happy very smooth process we will Definetly be back this unit was perfect - Bill Wallace was extremely accommodating in answering all of our questions - it was fantastic I wish we could’ve stayed longer!
