The resort was pretty but due to Covid, so much was closed and we didn't get the full experience. You only get maid/cleaning service if you stay 4 nights (we only stayed 3), they will bring you extra coffee, towels, etc... but basically drop the items and run so fast we couldn't even tip them, the food was priced crazy and the drinks even crazier, the beds really did a number on both my husband and my back. Not the hotels fault but the kids area was closed but I hoped they would still offer some activities or crafts - nope. The spa was closed, again not the hotel's fault. Breakfast isn't served until 8am so early birds just have to wait if you eat there, but we drove nearby and picked up fast food instead. The views were incredible with the most gorgeous sunsets ever. The staff was very polity and helpful. The outdoor pool areas were wonderful and clean and had plenty of seating, as well as shade. Parking was easy and nearby. I did see an angry guest, mad at the front desk, and she didn't have a mask on, nor did they ask her to put it on, and that stunk.
