On the third night, we adjusted the A/C thermostat to 67°F and immediately noticed a strong mold smell permeating the room. Concerned, we contacted the front desk manager at 11:35 PM. The manager offered us two alternative rooms and showed us one on the 14th floor, but upon entering, we were met with the same overpowering mold smell.
