Prachtig uitzicht en gemakkelijke toegang tot het meer vanuit Your Private Waterfront Resort!

Dit unieke huis aan het water ligt hoog boven het prachtige Lake Travis. Het ligt aan de zuidkust van het hoofdbekken, het diepste deel van het meer. Wanneer je door de voordeur en door de hal loopt, zal het 180 graden uitzicht op het meer adembenemend zijn! U kunt genieten van onvergetelijke zonsondergangen vanuit het huis, zwembad, dekken en dock.

Het bootdok met twee verdiepingen is gemakkelijk bereikbaar via een schuine lift die u kunt zien op de video en foto's. U bent van harte welkom om de paddleboards, kajaks te gebruiken, een duik te nemen of plezier te hebben in een prachtige omgeving, uw eigen boot of andere waterscooters te huren.
U bent slechts 28 mijl van Austin Bergstrom International Airport en slechts 15 mijl naar het hart van Austin. Op slechts enkele minuten van de accommodatie vindt u supermarkten, winkels, restaurants en entertainment.

De twee hectare grote woning is ommuurd en privé met beveiligingspoort bij de ingang. Het heeft veel binnen / buiten leefruimte, uitstekend voor entertainment.

Een groot overdekt zwembadterras kijkt uit over het meer en het negatieve zwembad met swim-up bar, zwembaan, strand en natuurlijk een bubbelbad. Er is een zwembadbadkamer met kleedruimte met airconditioning voor uw gemak. Op het gedeeltelijk overdekte bovenste zonnedek vindt u een barbecue, een voorbereidingstafel en veel ruimte om van het uitzicht te genieten.

Een ander geweldig kenmerk van het huis is een bioscoop met surround-geluid. Maar het beste is als je een groot scherm van 120 inch intrekt en een karaoke / uitvoeringspodium onthult, compleet met drumstel, PA en microfoons! Je kunt hier blijvende herinneringen en veel gelukkige momenten creëren.

Wi-Fi in beide huizen en bij het zwembad is voorzien, kabel-tv om uw favoriete game of film op het grote scherm te bekijken.

Hoofdhuis inclusief het gastenverblijf samen is gemakkelijk geschikt voor 20 personen in 10 slaapkamers. Er zijn in totaal 3 koning, 8 koningin en 2 aparte bedden. De woning beschikt over 8 complete badkamers, allen met inloopdouches die ruim zijn en 3 halve baden.

Op het hoogste niveau vindt u een grote goed ingerichte keuken met extra grote koelkast en vriezer, samen met de kookplaat, groot eiland en inloopkast en een wasruimte met twee wasmachines en twee drogers.

Met de commerciële ijsmachine en veel drinkwaterflessen van 5 gallon is het niet nodig om zakken ijs of flessen water te kopen.

Amazing all the way around!

You will NOT be disappointed in any way with this amazing home and attention to details! We could not have had a better time! Kids and adults loved the swing and kayaking and paddle boards. Pool was very beautiful and refreshing! Plenty of space for all to enjoy! Nightly karaoke and stage for performances was a must! Ease of communication with host was exceptional! A must stay!

Out of this world

I've easily stayed at 100 vacation rentals across different platforms and this was unlike anything i've ever seen or experienced. The first class service started the second we pulled up and Tony helped us unload our cars. A full tour of the pristine home (estate?) fully stocked with everything you could ever dream followed. I promise you it is better than you think it could be in every way possible but the hosts were the icing on the cake: kind, welcoming, excited for us, understanding and accommodating in every single way. Pure Paradise

This house needs to be seen to be believed. The pictures do not do it justice! Rain or shine it’s impossible not to have a great time here. The location is perfect because you’re right on the lake but still close enough to downtown Austin that travel was really seamless. Tony and Magdalena were amazing hosts. Check-in was easy and they were incredibly responsive if we needed anything or had questions. The house is in incredible condition. Our group was in awe of the house and we had the best time.

AMAZING SET UP!

This property was a dream!! It’s comparable to staying at a resort in a foreign country with the views and the gorgeous pool/ hot tub! We loved singing karaoke til late at night and took a boat one day right from the dock. We loved how spacious it was and how everyone had the privacy of their own bathroom!

Marriage Retreat Dec 2024

Absolutely incredible! These homes were stunning! Our group of ten couples gathered here for our annual Marriage Retreat, and the property was perfect. There are two houses on the estate. The second house, with its three king bedrooms and three full and one half bathrooms, was ideal for those in our group who needed to avoid stairs. It felt like stepping into a brand-new model home, complete with modern amenities and even a shower chair, which was a tremendous help for our couples with disabilities. It was conveniently located just steps away from the main house. The main house was breathtaking! The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the views made us feel like we were living in a movie. The spacious kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, was a dream, and the fully stocked pantry was a wonderful touch. Our chef took advantage of the outdoor grill, and we enjoyed a stunning sunset dinner outside. Our time was filled with fun and relaxation—playing ping pong, soaking in the jacuzzi, fishing off the dock, and singing karaoke late into the night. Tony and Magdalena were absolutely delightful, incredibly attentive, and made us feel like part of their family. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate our group, from small details like providing extra batteries to swapping twin beds for a queen. May God continue to bless and prosper your family!

Amazing Property on Lake Travis

Highly recommend. We stayed here with a group of 13, the property is everything it is advertised to be and more. Tony and Magdalena are the best hosts I have ever had for a rental property. Very attentive, great communication, and made everything so easy and smooth for us. We were even able to get a party barge to pick us upright at the dock for a day on the lake.

Absolutely Amazing Experience!

The pictures don’t do the property justice! The view as soon as you enter the house and see the view of the lake is incredible. The owner Tony met us there at check and and went through how to use all the amenities like the sound system, pool, theater, and more with great detail and made himself available to help during the stay if needed. We had a group of about 17 and everyone had a blast and didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a house rental service.

Incredible Experience

A group of 13 women in our 40s stayed here and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Each room was sparkling clean with its own large bathroom, flat screen TV, and luxurious sheets. The pool and hot tub make it so you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. Most of all, Tony and Magdalena are incredibly responsive and gracious!! We placed a grocery order in advance and they unpacked everything for us so that the house was fully stocked when we arrived. Tony even came over one evening to take a sunset group photo with his nice camera. We had the best time and highly recommend this property for a fun and relaxing time in Austin!

Amazing Property with Amazing Views

Tony and Magdalena were fantastic hosts. This property has everything and the pictures highlighted the main features but didn’t even do it justice! We loved the views from the pool and pool bar. The karaoke stage was awesome and we watch nfl kickoff weekend on the giant projector in there as well. They thought of everything and provided supplies so we didn’t have to worry about much with everyone flying in from all over the country! If you are heading to the Austin area - definitely book this place!!

Amazing Lake Travis Vacation

Tony and Magdalena were super star hosts for this vacation rental! The online profile was very accurate and up to date. We had a couple of crazy thunderstorms during our stay which is normal for that time of year in the south. This resulted in the overhead canopy for the pool getting torn up while myself and the other guests were in the city. Tony and Magdalena were out there cleaning it all up by the time we got back and everything was back to its original state within two hours. We were able to use the pool again and everything was clearly communicated. The amenities, the karaoke room, the size and location were all perfect! We all really enjoyed this stay and will recommend it to anyone who asks. Amazing hosts with an amazing home! Thank you for a great stay!

Run, don’t walk, to book this phenomenal house!!!

This might be the best Vrbo stay I’ve ever had. The pictures don’t do this place justice and the pictures are fairly incredible. The house is huge, the beds are comfy, the amenities are amazing, basically you will never want to leave. The owners were so kind and accommodating and helpful. We had a group of 11 here for my husbands 40th birthday and we easily could have had twice that number and still been totally comfortable with plenty of space. We brought our boat with us and the dock set up and lake access was so convenient and fun. The kitchen is newly remodeled and so functional it was easy to cook for large groups in a variety of different ways. We used the stove, oven and grill. The kitchen was fully stocked on spices and condiments so only had to bring food staples. The views, pool, hot tub and lake were what we loved most but some of our party also loved the movie room and the work out gym. Like I mentioned, best Vrbo ever. Counting down the days until we can go back!!

Wonderful Week!

This house was perfect for our family get together. The beautiful infinity pool with the partial shade was the perfect spot to relax. Our kids and grandkids had a blast with the rope swing from the dock. The oversized fridge and freezer made stocking up easy. Our hosts were phenomenal in answering all our questions before and during the trip. The views from the living area, especially the sunsets, were awesome. Highly recommend.

Run, Don’t Walk, to Rent Tony’s House

There are good rental houses, there are great rental houses, and - at the absolute apex - there is Tony’s house. I traveled to Austin with my wife & young kids, along with four other familles, for the April 2024 solar eclipse. The house was fantastic: plenty of room for 10 adults + 10 kids, a beautiful pool and hot tub with unobstructed lake views, and unique amenities like an unreal karaoke / theater room and pristine dock complete with rope swing. But what really made the experience was Tony himself, who exuded warmth from the first moment we connected over text and consistently went out of his way to ensure we had a stellar experience. We pinched ourselves the entire stay that the house, location, and host were all so fantastic. Experiencing the solar eclipse with my family and friends in such a stunning place is a memory that I’ll cherish forever. Run, don’t walk, to rent this house!
