`Serenity On The San Gabriel`- 4br/2.5ba riverfront house with a fully-equipped kitchen, two dining areas (plus a kids’ table), two living spaces and a laundry room. Outside are large oak trees, hammocks, dining table, multiple seating areas, a large playset, tree swing, and kayaks provided for playing in the San Gabriel river. Same-day bookings!

This home is the perfect place to host you and your guests no matter the reason or season. Located on the San Gabriel River (yep, kayaks included!) the backyard is something to be envied and sure to be enjoyed... large oak trees, ample outdoor seating & dining, a large playset, tree swing, hammocks, and plenty of space to run around... pictures cannot capture its vastness or amazing detail and amenities! The outdoor space is simply incredible, but the inside won`t disappoint either! The kitchen is fully-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the towels are plush, and there is plenty of space to spread out yet still feel together.

Enjoy the provided kayaks, bicycles & scooters, board games, kids` books, outdoor playset, or relax on any of the provided outdoor furniture and enjoy the sounds of nature while sipping that coffee or sweet tea. The San Gabriel River Trail for great walking and biking is only 400 feet (1-minute walk) away as well!! Rain or shine, it`s guaranteed to be a good time! Georgetown is a historic town where you can capture that `small-town feeling` while still having access to great shops, larger restaurants with delicious food, and tons of festivals year-round!

The kitchen boasts a large island where everyone can gather and offers everything you need to whip up a great-tasting meal or bake some goodies! With items like a Keurig, coffee maker, crockpot, Vitamix Blender, KitchenAid stand mixer, toaster, cooking essentials, cookie sheets, baking pans, and more, you will have everything you need but the ingredients! There is also plenty of seating around the dining table, island, and the adorable kiddo table (the crayons and chalkboard are a huge hit, too!)

The primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, bedrooms 2,3, and the shared full-sized hall bathroom are located in a hallway with a pocket door you can easily shut for added privacy! Each bedroom offers comfortable beds, sound machines, and alarm clocks with USB ports for easily charging your devices. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, TV, a desk for remote working, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has another king-sized bed while bedroom 3 holds a queen-sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds! The full shared bath holds a combo tub/ shower, which makes it easy to bathe any kiddos on your trip! The 4th bedroom is located off of the kitchen (full bed) and has its own TV as well.
