Een verhaal huis voltooid januari 2016 inclusief gemeenschappelijk verwarmd zwembad, gelegen in de prestigieuze West Round Rock - 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers volledig ingericht naar de "9's" - geschikt voor maximaal 8 en is babyvriendelijk. Modern en eigentijds. Grote kamer met open haard, 4K-tv met dvd-speler en sofa. Open keuken, eet- en leefruimtes - allemaal met uitzicht op de vijver, bomen, groene gordel en wandelpaden.

Volledig functionerend bureau met kantoorbenodigdheden en HP-printer in Master - kopiëren, afdrukken, scannen, faxen.

Keurig koffiezetapparaat met starter K-Cups. Ook is er een Cuisinart druppelkoffiezetapparaat in de keukenkast voor gasten die hun eigen speciale koffie verkiezen. Gratis kabel-tv met meer dan 200 kanalen, waaronder premiumkanalen Showtime & Epix, internet 300 mbps w Netgear WiFi. Uitgerust met LG Smart kleding wasmachine en droger. Er is een garage voor 2 wagens - ik parkeer mijn Honda Pilot aan de rechterkant, zodat er ruimte is voor 1 auto aan de linkerkant, 2 auto's op de oprit en voldoende extra parkeergelegenheid op straat.

Loop, fiets of rijd naar een verwarmd gemeenschappelijk verwarmd zwembad, 15-20 minuten wandelen in de natuur naar het zwembad. Ook, Brushy Creek Recreation Center met fitnessapparatuur, basketbal, tennis en meer tegen nominale extra kosten (bewaar uw zwembadbonnen voor terugbetaling).

Centraal gelegen en in de buurt van grote werkgevers zoals Dell World Headquarters, La Frontera Business Park, Apple, Electronic Arts, Facebook, Oracle, PayPal, GM IT-divisie, Amazon, Ebay en Google. Most amazing stay!!

Owner was attentive and very accommodating. House was stocked with everything you could need or want. So organized. Clean, clean, clean!! Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc to not have to run dishwasher after each meal. Outdoor area is gorgeous and so inviting!! We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The only complaint is that there are a lot of electronics in the master bedroom which makes for a lot of light at night when trying to sleep. The lights from all of the electronics made it seem like a runway at the airport. Also, lights from outside that light up the trees come through the shades and make it very bright. Room darkening curtains would be a huge bonus in this room. We covered up all the electronics lights with towels, etc.

One of our best VRBO stays ever. The house was exceptionally clean and so many extras to make for a perfect stay. Beds were all super comfortable, plenty of towels for the whole group, everything labeled so we didn’t have to struggle to figure anything out. Instructions were easy to understand and location was close to everything. Beautiful home and back yard and just as described. Will definitely stay again when in town.

Thanksgiving Staycation

This property was the perfect location for us to stay with my family which included 7 of in total ranging from a 14 year old all the way to a 79 year old. The kitchen equipment was AMAZING for prepping our Thanksgiving feast, mornings sipping coffee and tea on the patio were lovely, and Gary was a very attentive host who made us feel very welcome. We hope to be back in the summer to enjoy even more patio time together as a family.

Beautiful clean organized house

This house is immaculate and very well organized. Everything is labeled. Beautiful outdoor space. Easy to reach the owner. We were in town to go on the Austin Steam Train wine tasting. This location was close to cedar park where we were going to catch the train. It’s about 30 minutes from airport. I would definitely stay here again.

This property deserves a 10-Star Rating!

Our stay was superb in every way. Every room--bedrooms, family room, dining area--is spacious. Furnishing are first rate--beds are extra comfortable, living room furniture has plenty of spots to relax; counter stools are the perfect height and the dining table seats eight! Bedrooms and living room each has their own premium television. The back deck had lots of space for stretching out or having a meal on the big table. The barbeque was there for use if we wanted it. The back deck opens onto a lovely grassy area with mature trees. This VRBO is unique--the owner has supplied everything you could need. Thick towels piled in every closet. Quality beach towels supplied. Soap and shampoo in each bathroom. Even a first aid kit for minor nicks and scrapes. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample dishes, bowls, glasses and silverware. Quality pots and pans. The pantry is stocked with coffee and tea and other staples. Spices are in the cupboard. The fridge is huge, the gas stove looks brand new. In one kitchen drawer are ziplock bags and cling rap. Under the sink are dishwasher pods. In the laundry area is laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There wasn't a single staple that we needed to purchase. There is impressive organization throughout the house. The owner provides clear, detailed arrival and departure instructions. The neighbourhood is quiet. Do we recommend this VRBO? 110%. Would we return? Yes, without hesitation. Our trip was greatly enhance by staying here.

User-friendly experience and lots of room

My daughter and I summarized the property as perfectly advertised and interactions with the property manager/ owner as professional. She’s 16 and so her words were “he’s kind of obsessed with making it nice”. What she means: everything was so easy for us. When you’re in a place just a short time, you typically have a high proportion of your stay learning… where are the glasses, which direction is hot on the faucet, which drawer has the hair dryer, etc. Here, so many of those things are labeled. Also, the AV stuff is organized. Kitchen was great- has everything you need. If we stayed longer I would have wanted to grill on the gorgeous back deck with nice and numerous outdoor furniture. Most of all the host/ manager (Gary) is an exceptional communicator and flexible meeting requests/ information asks. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Our party consisted of two families of 3, which the house accommodated nicely. The house is beautiful with a large outdoor space and high ceilings giving it a very open and airy feeling. It contained everything needed for a great stay... We didn't purchase any extras other than food and drinks for our stay. It has a great deck that overlooks a little lake, perfect for morning coffee and listening to the birds. There is access to a community pool for a small fee, but we did not check that out. It was an option though! Check in and out were very easy and Gary was easy to talk to and communicate with. Great stay overall!!

Pleasantly surprised!!

What a great experience! The property looked exactly like the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise, but we were blown away with just how meticulous the owner is to every detail within the house! The kitchen was beyond equipped providing EVERYTHING we needed for our stay, even so much as having things labeled so you were fully aware of where things went, or how things were operated. The decor was very well appointed, and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor deck is very inviting and great for gatherings. Our family was so impressed with this property. Should we ever need a home in Austin again, we will not hesitate to contact Gary!!

Beautiful home

Gary sure has a nice place in Round Rock! Extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is super organized. The outside decks and the grill are nice as well. Gary made all communication easy and we had a great weekend.

A bit annoyed

The house was nice but the host (Gary) was a bit annoying. He called every day throughout our stay. Not just on my cell phone but on the house phone mornings and night.
