Location is PERFECT
My husband and I stayed for 6 nights and loved the location, cleanliness, and relaxed feel of the home. We were only a couple miles away from downtown/6th street. And within walking distance of Barton Springs pool and a lot of hip restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. The only down side is that we drive an electric vehicle and there wasn’t a whole lot of options for charging at the house or near by.

Home away from home!
We absolutely loved staying at Lois’ place! The location was perfect to get to all the fun Austin spots. We are a family of four, with a 12 year old and a 9 year old-we are able to share beds still so the two beds were just right! The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and the space was very comfortable. Big time bonus for it just being really rad with lots of art and of course a fish toilet! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Fun, quirky apartment in Zilker
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this funky apartment near Zilker Park. The furnishings definitely have plenty of character, and the entire place was very clean. Lois was incredibly communicative and responsive to our needs. I would certainly recommend this to any couple looking for an Austin getaway.

We rented a car for our Austin stay and the location of the townhouse was great for all of our activities. Kitchen met our daily breakfast and coffee needs, and the patio was great for a morning read. Would stay again.

Nice little place in a great location
Nice place, clean, great location next to greenbelt and close to downtown. Lois communicated very well. The only downside is the neighborhood is just OK, not great. The downstairs toilet tank doubles as a fish tank, which is weird and makes noise all the time. The master is upstairs and not sure I realized that from the description, but customer should be aware of that. Overall a good value.

Chistmas Time in Austin
We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is centrally located in Austin so we were able to get to everything we wanted to see easily. We loved the decor and my daughter got a big kick out of the Beta fish. I would stay at this location property again next time I am in Austin for a few days.

My cousins came in from Rhode Island to visit me in Dallas. We decided to ride to Austin for the weekend and this location was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Cute Townhome
We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The townhome was perfect for just the two of us and located closely to many areas in Austin we wanted to check out. It was furnished and clean and even came with a fish named Gustavo! Lois was super easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome property!
We wife, 1 year old son, and I stayed 2 nights at this property and had a great time. Everything was as advertised. The place has a great "personality." The location is great: it's a short drive to Zilker Park, the many places to eat on Barton Springs Road, and downtown. Highly recommended! We'll try to stay here first the next time we visit Austin.

Convenient and fun stay!
Me and a few girlfriends stayed here during a girls weekend recently. Parking was great for our small group and it was a fantastic central location to get around Austin. Lois was one of the best hosts I’ve had as far as communication goes. 💯 recommend for groups and people new to Austin as the guestbook was a great resource for seeing what others enjoyed during their stay!

The place was excellent. Clear instructions for everything, easy communication, and a great little 10 min walk to Barton Springs. Restaurants nearby were excellent, including Odd Duck, Lick Ice Cream, ans Terry Black’s BBQ (a must-visit!). The bed was SUPER comfy was super soft sheets and blankets. Loved our stay, loved Austin!

The condo looked just as advertised. It was comfortable, clean, and everything worked. Liked the funkyness. The chase was my least favorite piece of furniture. The location was perfect for my trip accessing central and southern Austin. I arrived in town early and the host graciously gave me an early check-in upon request. I’ll use this property again if I have a similar trip.

I loved this property and the proximity to Zilker Park and other areas of interest. The property owner was wonderful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this space and would absolutely book again next time. There are binders with recommended eateries and points of interest if you're new to Austin. I loved the cute, funky decor.

Great stay in Austin - perfect for our family of four. Lois is a fabulous host - so thoughtful and responsive. The upstairs bed is super comfy, and the pull-out couch with the mattress pad was fine for young kids. And Gustavo the fish was a fun roommate. :) awesome central location, walking distance to Barton Sorings and Zilker Park attractions. Highly recommend!

Great oasis in the heart of Austin
We had an enjoyable stay. The accommodations were kitschy, comfortable and close to everything. The aquarium toilet was a surprise, but cute. I would book again if the opportunity presents itself and I will recommend it to my friends. One thing my wife noticed that guys tend to overlook is the great lighting at night. She felt safe walking to the door and entering. Well done Lois!

A True Austinite Home
This townhouse is like a perfect example of what I think about when I hear Austin, Texas. The vibrant colors, the decorations, the table with jeans and boots on it. Especially the downstairs toilet which is the coolest toilet I have ever seen. The mattress was so comfy that me and my girlfriend did not wanna get up at all. I love how there’s an extension cord provided and an Apple TV and a Roku so you can watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. (as long as you have an account on a streaming service of course). The location is very nice, it’s very close to downtown and other places in South Austin like the Barton Creek Square Mall, Cidercade, Snooze AM, etc. There’s a guide book that the owner has that has a bunch of suggestions about what to do around Austin & where to eat. I’d love to come back here again. 10/10
