The space
You will have access to the private free parking and entire home, including a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a bathroom with toilet on the main floor.
On the first floor, there are 3
bedrooms, along with another bathroom and toilet. One of the bedrooms also has a private balcony.
On the top floor, there is a cozy loft area with a furnished lounge, a TV, and beautiful views of the garden.
This floor also includes an additional bedroom and a private bathroom.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house.
They are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room.
Guests can also enjoy the garden and make use of the barbecue area during their stay.

We offer to take you to the other villages and do a day tour in Bourgogne
There is an on-site caretaker living in a separate and fully independent basement unit, completely separate and without any disturbance to guests.
Guest accommodation is fully private and independent, with its own entrance and outdoor area, and no shared areas at all.
The caretaker is available if needed for check-in, key delivery, or any urgent assistance — ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and worry-free stay.
