You will be:
- 5 to 10 minutes walk from all shops (Monoprix supermarket, bakeries, bars, restaurants and cinema...), in a pretty quiet street in the historic center, this contemporary and atypical house (which we renovated ourselves) overlooks a large private and enclosed garden sheltered from the suspicions of the street;
- 20 minutes from Chablis and Irancy for beautiful tastings;
- 45 minutes from Guédelon or Vezelay for amazing historical discoveries.

Equipped for families and children, our house is spacious, functional and comfortable: whether it is the master suite (with its own shower room), the TV area with a very large Qled screen, the bedroom under the roof or the one on the first floor overlooking the garden, or the large bathroom with its duo bathtub... you will find your relaxation area!

You have full use of the house and its garden.
Plenty of free parking every day within a 3-minute walk.

We provide you with sheets, towels and dish towels necessary for your stay (washed and ironed). Coffee, tea, milk, oils, spices... you will find all the basic foods available. After taking the time to answer all your questions... the house is for you!
