'The whole property is gorgeous. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was very clean and comfortable from the welcoming gifts in EVERY room to the kitchen loaded with what ever utensil you could possibly need. The close proximity of a store and the ample places to put things. Every night there was a movie in the theatre with popcorn. The billiards room with space to play and the parlor for quiet talks. We could not have been more pleased. '

'Location is a little up the hill and there is no cell signal, however the WiFi was very strong. Property was clean and no issues with it. Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus, large refrigerator and freezer. Easy check in process. Outside of the location, the place was great.'

'We were in town for my Grannys funeral. She grew up in this area. This house was perfect. It was walking distance to downtown. Plenty of room. Nice sized kitchen. Very clean with the peefect backyard for visiting. Will stay here again when we are back in town.'

'Great host and hostess. Great apartment. Great price for extended stays. Quick to reply after questions asked. Allows pets and its rare to find a VRBO that does. Have stayed 2 summers at apartment. Good location close to Paintsville Lake State Park and Jenny Wiley State Park. 5 min drive to Dollar General and approx. 15min drive to Walmart.'

'The place does not exist. Could not find it. Called the host. Host had phone on not accepting calls. I was in the area for my mom's funeral. Had to scramble to find another place to stay. '

'The home and linens were clean, plenty of living space. The house is like walking into a time capsule of your grandmothers home. Very small bathrooms, drafty window AC units still installed in late November, old TVs. No grill outside was disappointing. Tight single stacked parking. There is another small house on the same lot with multiple vehicles coming and going, combined with the close neighbors and there is limited privacy and no outdoor space.'
