'Excellent villa and wonderful location, especially compared to other villas where this was close to the pool, gym, and volleyball/beach area. Rooms, balcony, layout were spectacular, clean, and absolutely lovely. My family with 3 kids ranging from age 7-15 all had an amazing time. Would highly recommend coming back. Golf cart access is a huge bonus and so fun to drive!Only additional feedback I recommend adding to the listing is to be clear about the property being on hills, so no elevators are...

'The location, property, views and amenities were outstanding! Having a golf cart to drive into town each day was a bonus! The property manager was always available for questions. We did share that they are missing several items in the kitchen which they said they would replace ASAP. '

'Gorgeous property, inside and out! Absolutely loved our stay. 67 steps to the unit, but worth every step for the amazing view! No AC, but in July this was no problem — just opened a window to bring in the cool evening air. Having a golf cart to get around is a must, and so appreciated having one included. Twice we even encountered deer walking across the road while coming up and down the mountain. So beautiful! This was an experience we won’t soon forget! '

'We had stayed in the unit next to this one last year, but much prefer this unit for a number of reasons. For one thing, this being an end unit, it has extra windows on the side of the building, which look out to the hillside with Mt Ada at the top, as well as to the harbor. It was the perfect spot for ‘recharging’ after a long pandemic year, as one can just sit with a cup of tea at sunset and watch or rather gawk at the amazing changing colors of the sky. 'Everything was great. Catalina is becoming our home away from home. We enjoy staying in different areas. This was our first time in the condos. It’s so nice having all the amenities with a full house and a golf cart. We had a hiccup at booking, but Lamont made sure everything was taken care of. Also a small mishap with the golf cart, but they sent the mechanic immediately. Always nice staying somewhere with the owner accessible who takes care of any issues.'

'Unfortunately, CVR, who is the island property management group. Their performance was very disappointing. Therefore, I had to rely on VRBO to take over. CIVR also shut the door of any communication because of my displeasure with how we were being treated. Communication was lack lesser to say the least by CIVR. 'We really enjoyed our time at this condo. What a wonderful view and amenities. We loved the golf cart to take us to town as needed and coming back to a more secluded and quiet area of the island. '
