'Outstanding location, views beyond description. Golf cart a huge asset. Generally clean, but glasses were dirty, furniture not very comfortable, toilet seat needs replacement. More info regarding the area relative to various villa amenities and village such as gas station would be helpful. Excellent communication with property management.'

'I cannot say enough about our stay and experience here and on the island. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations. It was very cozy, clean and the views were spectacular. Having the golf cart was also icing on the cake. We were able to get into the town of Avalon and experience all of the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.'

'Right off the bat the secluded location, super quiet. Walking into condo, loved front door design, very clean and no harsh smells. Everything is available as far as to cook, or grill outside. Overall loved it and family did too!'

'This place is great. The view of the harbor is amazing from both balconies and it is very comfortable inside. Only downside for us was all the stairs. There are stairs to get in the unit and a flight inside. Certainly doable but my arthritic knee was doing a lot of complaining. Nonetheless a beautiful and comfortable clean place with a view. 'The only thing that needs to be addressed is transportation when getting off the ferry, we had to wait 45 minutes and got lucky and ride shared with another family. You would think that the Taxi companies would know when the ferries came in and have multiple vehicles ready, but they didn’t.'

'Overall the house was great. Location was within walking distance of most everything. Quiet neighborhood. Major complaint was kitchen supplies. Only a 5 cup coffee pot, had to make 3 pots every morning. There was no can opener, had to buy one, not happy about that! Only one wine glass and 6 regular glasses, what’s up with that?? I could go on with many minor complaints, overall it was a great place to stay.'

'Excellent property and communication by owner. Lovely ocean views. Nice to be out of the hubub of Avalon, but just a few mins away. Perfect with the use of a golf cart. Saw deer at dusk by the zip line en-route to the property. We had a fantastic time.'
