'We’ve stayed at the Capitalia apartments on Dumas quite a few times over the years. Very safe and secure, and the location is hard to beat. However, the condos are showing wear and tear that needs attention. Most of the plants on the terrace are dead, making a bad first impression. The toilet in the primary bathroom barely flushes and the vent on the AC unit in the primary bedroom rattles enough to keep you awake. 'Clean room. Very light and airy. Maximalist vibe with artwork everywhere. Super accommodating staff. We didn't try the breakfast. Coffee, various teas, fruit and cookies were always available. Great location. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. An easy walk to the Anthropology Museum and to the National Auditorium. '
